He even painted my gas meter which was a rusty mess. I suspect some of these communication related bad reviews are due to their oncall/operator. When I called to schedule, I got someone that clearly did not work for Hartville Plumbing. Sounds like they outsourced their scheduling and/or administrative staff. Maybe that wasn't a good idea.

They said the earliest they could get me in was the following Friday (9/22) between 8am-10am. I said okay schedule the service, and I'll just turn the valves before those valves off so they don't keep leaking. 9/21 - called them twice to confirm appointment. First time, the lady that answered told me to call back again in an hour and a half when they get off lunch as she doesn't have their schedule on her. Called back two hours later, she left a message for them to call me back. Half hour later, I get a call and they tell me that they don't have me on the schedule for 9/22 and they have a fully booked day so they probably can't fit me in. She said she would call me back, but didn't reference when. At this point, I am beyond shocked. They didn't provide any apologies or exceptions. Edited: They did call back, but didn't present any apologies. I will chalk this up as an honest mistake or miscommunication. I would recommend calling the day before if scheduled out to ensure you are on the schedule. It's not a good feeling waiting for a service and inspection and hearing that it wasn't scheduled the week before.

I Called them this morning to inspect the septic issue for the red light and alarm being on. I…read morewas greeted with a female that sounded like she just woke up. No intro "Hi, thank you for calling Lehman...." or anything that would determine that I've reached a business or anything. I continued with my initial problem, and was advised that they had someone in the area which wouldnt be long before they could arrive. Then received a text message 1 hour later, proving another 1 hour 15 minute arrival time. No call, No Show. I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing. Time is of the essence, and not calling nor showing up for an appointment is further waste of time. I would certainly NEVER refer anyone to Lehman Drain, nor would I recommend anyone even bother calling them for any type of service. Over promise way under deliver.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience with Plumbing 911. They already charged me $300 on a…read moreprevious invoice just to replace a toilet wax seal, but they did it completely blindly without actually knowing what the root cause of the leak or problem was. Now, they have handed me an estimate for over $1,600--including cutting open my laundry room ceiling and walls--without even pinpointing the actual issue first. Their paperwork explicitly states that "additional work may be required" once the toilet is removed, leaving the door wide open for endless extra costs. To top it off, they refuse to take responsibility for putting back any of the finished surfaces or walls they plan to tear apart. They are guessing at my expense and trying to leave me with a massive bill and a torn-up house. If you want a plumber who actually diagnoses a problem accurately before racking up charges, look elsewhere.
