Don't use them. Their techs do not know what they are doing. They won't fix it correctly the first time, then have to come back and fix it again, then you get charged twice. They had a good tech years ago, but he passed away and now they have kids employed acting like they know what they are doing. Before Rod passed away, I had used them for years and years, and now I have had this happen at a couple different locations where it wasn't fixed the first time. I had to file a bbb complaint against them after I left four or five messages as the service manager and owner would not return my call to at least talk to me about adjusting my bill. They told me to never contact them again, and that is no problem. I'd freeze to death before I called them. The office clerk who answers the phone is rude as well. read more

We had a problem with our Lennox A/C and had the installer from Uniontown come to repair and was in disbelief of how they gave us an outrageous quote to replace an in warranty evaporator coil. Turned down their quote and contacted Reliable Heating and Cooling who we had them do the warranty work. I was very pleased with their excellent service and very fair price. Just this week we had a problem with our Lennox furnace and called Reliable Heating and Cooling to fix the problem. They came to my house in less than 1 hour after calling them. Once again JOSH their technician did an excellent repair as he did on my A/C. Reliable Heating and Cooling has earned my business and I highly recommend them. They also installed a Whole house air conditioner that last twenty years which is three years longer than average! We recently installed a new air condition from Reliable Heating & Cooling. The new one is more economical and effective in performance! They are very good in installing in less than a half day! They are on-time, cleaned up, polite, and done on schedule! Their cost are reasonable and competitive too! They also sell hot water tanks too! The sales man came to the home and did a great job presenting their products and their differences! They had three prices and different performances to choose from the models! We also installed their new furnace which was done with professional standards and on-time and polite!! This place is theft I called them for my furnace they came out to give me a price charged me $80 to me the part would be in Monday called them Tuesday the lady was rude said someone would call that knew about the parts Wednesday I have my wife call 2 hours before normal hours the lady was extremely rude to her. I had the most horrific experience over the course of 1 week. I called them out on Friday July 3rd for my AC not working properly. The tech looked over everything and determined my blower motor went out. He didn't have the part and would need to come back in the morning which I had no problem with. Tech comes back July 4th and replaces the blower motor and capacitor. My AC wasn't pushing much air but he told me it needed time to get back to normal. July 5th morning I call them back out because it was not working again. Tech says the capacitor blew and was probably fluke. My AC was still not pushing much air and again told it needed time. July 6th we call them back out as the AC is running and running with the temp going up and very little air flowing in the vents in our house. A different tech comes out and tells us "It is to late, to hot and I'm to overweight to fix it today." Also, advised us it was our duct work. I make a complaint and the office lady Shawn was EXTREMELY rude. She wanted to order more parts and keep telling me my duct work is the problem. My husband calls her back after I could no longer reason with her and gets them to come back out on Friday the 10th. When their tech came out on Friday the 10th it took him 15 seconds to see the first tech wired the blower motor backwards and advised our duct work looked good! So our AC ran 24/7 for a week because it was blowing air back out and could not keep up with temps. I had to buy a window AC till they could come back out since we were under heat advisories as my husband and child have asthma and the heat does not agree with them. I write them to ask for a partial refund for my issues. I didn't even get a response! Not a sorry not a no way NOTHING. Owner of this company really needs to relook at his office staff and train his techs better! I used them 4 years ago without issue so naturally I called them again.
