It was so convenient to complete the training at home at my pace. Also, I had to reschedule my riding class on fairly short notice because of my mistake and they were very gracious and made the change easily, no charge. I've owned/ridden a motorcycle for years in other states, so I have experience, but I still found the practice range to be interesting and I learned some great techniques to make me a better rider. Evie was an outstanding instructor - balancing the training for the riders who had never been on a bike with a few of us that had experience. She tailored the class to each individual when and where she could and everybody stayed engaged in the course and had lots of fun. Also, for the experienced riders considering Pacific, they had dual sports, cruisers, and even a grom available to ride. I rode the Suzuki dual sport on the first day, and switched to a Honda Rebel on the second and had a great time checking out the bikes. Upfront, it seemed like a lot of money to commit just to meet some California regs, but I'm glad I did it!

Jimmy was very rude and she stated that he would yell at her and answer sarcastically when she asked a question. My daughter said that she was almost in an accident and Jimmy was livid. I texted Jimmy to figure out what had happened and he accused me of not training my daughter well. I politely asked for a refund he said no refund. I asked if it was ok to reschedule and for the next time to have another adult in the car. Jimmy said OK On 05/02/2023 Jimmy came at 0707 for the last lesson. ****WARNING PLEASE READ***…read more I booked a second driving instruction for my son. The first time we used West Point which was informative and professional. This man jimmy didn't teach my son anything new at all! On top of that he was rude and impatient and raised his voice often. But this is the worst part: My biracial son was coming off a fast merging lane to a slow one at a curve, naturally he slowed down. There happened to be a cop pulled to the shoulder. This man says to my son, "Why are you slowing down?? Are you afraid the cop will beat you to death? (laughs hysterically) Don't worry I have cameras" My was hurt and confused. It made him feel really awkward. This is not ok or something you joke about. I'm pissed! What was supposed to be a good experience for my son, turned into something completely uncalled for AND he didn't teach him anything. Please do not book with this company!
