Poor service. Did not do a good job of cleaning windows or carpet. Very disappointed.

Had Rudy & a coworker clean my windows in May of this year ( 2025). A screen from my front window was damaged. Rudy said he would repair it within the week. That never happened & as of this date the screen has not been replaced. They came last weekend & tried to place a new screen but didn't have the correct equipment. Then Rudy came @ 8:30 two nights ago & tried to get the screen together out on the sidewalk in front of my house ( in the dark ). I told him this was not going to work & I would be getting someone to replace the screen & I would send him the bill. Not happy with the service @ all. read more

A clean slate employees Eric and Rudy came to our home, Rudy has presented himself as the owner of the business. They have been to our home before to clean the windows. On this particular day Eric was witnessed to be standing by the shower/Bathroom area where no windows are placed and therefore had no business being there. When they left about 20k in jewelry was missing. After the Sheriffs department was involved, employee Eric was arrested and admitted to stealing the jewelry ( he had been in jail for burglary btw) was just out of jail after being locked up for burglary. Owner Rudy had promised us that he would work with the sheriffs department and pay back all what was stolen......that was all lies he never made any attempts to pay anything back and also did not cooperate with the investigation. When at the sheriffs department to identify Eric in a line up, did we find out that the owner Rudy had been trying to obstruct the investigation and not work with the authorities, as he is currently dealing with drugs dealing himself. Erik has admitted to the crime and has been arrested and is in jail awaiting sentencing as he admitted to the theft this at East is making it little easier. ( This can all be confirmed by the Sheriffs office) My question is under the owner information it shows person by the name of : Mr. Mark Laliberte, Owner Mr. Aldolpho Carreon, Owner on the BBB website however none of the real "owners" have reached out to us and the REAL question is why are there no background checks performed on employees before having them work in 80 year old disabled Veterans home ?? THE COMPANY HAS NOT RETURNED ANY IF OUR CALLS. Rudy was professional and responded super fast. We had him come clean our carpets for our two living rooms, 3 bedrooms, including a hallway. Rudy was done within 2 hours. After a day and a half, the carpets were completely dried. Our carpets feel and look brand new. I love a clean slate. The Owner is very kind and fair. I prefer when he comes out to the jobs I feel like we get an extra touch. He remembers you when you call and does not take calls while on a job. We have used this business several times. They are not the cheapest but I think they are the best. There was an old paint stain in my carpet they completely got out. Another room had a pet stain and my insurance company had sent out another company to clean the room and they could not get the stain out. A clean slate had no problem. The Clean Slate... Did it again!! My carpets are looking almost new. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. We had 10 people living in our home for about 9 months. I've used them 3x now, and plan to again in the future. Initially I had a shower surround hard water spot removal/cleaning done on a rental, and it was night and day difference. I was truly astonished at the results that I didn't even think were possible to achieve. I've since had tile/grout cleaning done on a home and a sectional couch cleaning done, and I'm equally impressed by not only the quality of cleaning, the end result, but also the super reasonable pricing on all services! Next, I'm hoping to schedule an exterior window cleaning. I also have to admit, I have had the company quote me services, and have spaced out scheduling, and wasn't sure how much prices would vary from the older quote, and I was surprised to find out that even after an extended amount of time between initial quote and scheduling service, their prices remain reasonably affordable, and for the quality of their work, it's definitely worth the cost!
