Vlad does an excellent job! They are no longer offering the home cleaning services that I mentioned in my last review, but Vlad's still cleaning carpets with the same hot water extraction machine. No smelly chemicals, and it dries really fast. It's quick and simple. My husband booked Vlad in while I was out of town recently to clean the carpets throughout the house. The carpets were visibly cleaner when I got home. He's great at getting out the really stubborn stains and takes care to make sure that all the high traffic areas are as clean as the low traffic ones. Vlad was quick to respond and his timings were right, so there was no waiting around. He's very reliable. We'll definitely continue to use AEA's services regularly. read more

We had them come to specifically clean a room and hallway where our new dog has had accidents while she is potty training. The spots and smell did not dissipate in the least, so first, it was a waste of money. Worse than that, they damaged our hardwood floor with two scratches and left a puddle of water on it. I emailed the next day when I saw the scratches and explained that their cleaning did not seem to do anything and I sent them the photos of the scratches. They have never responded to me at all. They have completely ignored me. I cannot recommend them at all. They did not deliver a clean floor and they failed to even respond to my messages after they damaged our floor. Horrible experience and poor customer service. I see that you responded and are denying having received an email from me regarding this. Either you don't pay close attention to your inbox as you say, or you just didn't care until I posted my review. Either way, poor customer service, and all it looks like now is that you didn't bother to respond until the review was posted. Too little too late and I don't appreciate being accused of lying. I started to give this company a 5 star rating because they came quickly and (I thought) did a stellar job. I wanted my small condo cleaned from top to bottom. Vlad quoted me $200 for a one bedroom, one bath. A team of anywhere from 3-5 people came to work on it, and stayed most of the morning to get it done. I even noticed they were cleaning the vents, which is spectacular. The owner, Vlad, steamed my tiles and made a 100% improvement on them, but he said "the ladies will finish the edges." You could tell that he was not able to get very close to the walls. The areas he did were crystal clean, but the edges were still noticeably black. So, when they told me they were done, I did a very thorough check. I noticed a lot of places they missed. Greasy light fixtures that they said they cleaned, but I was able to rub it off with my finger. The edges of the tile had not improved since Vlad left. One of the windows had not been cleaned from the outside because they didn't want to remove a screen. Anyway, they did the touch ups that I noticed at the time, except the tile, and were on their way. However, as I was moving the fridge for the painters to come in, I noticed they did not bother to clean the top of it. It was so gross. Plus, they did not clean the top of any of the light fixtures; also caked with grime. So I wound up cleaning even more after they left. I'll give them a 5 for customer service; Vlad was very good about responding quickly and getting me scheduled the next day when I was in a rush to get it done. And, when he found out I wasn't 100% satisfied, he did everything he could to make sure that I would be happy, in the end. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning need, especially tile. If I need my condo cleaned again, I will definitely give AEA a call. read more

Then they call me just now (it's already afternoon) and when I asked who were they since I called so many numbers since morning, and suddenly they hung up at me. I called them back so many times but they did not answer. I can't believe how they have customers if this is how they started a business. Wow. UPDATE: I just had them come clean my trashed carpets at the house I was renting. They were really bad! Jerry came and went right to work. I got a text from Vlad the owner that he was done. But Vlad was concerned, they were not able to get everything perfect. I showed up with an apprehensive and scared feeling of the result. THEY WERE PERFECT!!! AMAZING!! I was blown away by the quality and the speed in which, Jerry, got the job done!!! I will use them, time and time again.!!! I had them come in and clean my new house. I stayed there while they did and caught up on work. The ladies were professional, polite and very through with their cleaning process. I had to leave early to a lunch meeting and asked if they could exit through the pedestrian gate and lock the bottom lock. They did everything, I asked. The shower nozzle broke off, while they were cleaning and they even came and told me what happened. I've had some house cleaners that have broke thing, but never admitted. I was originally quoted an estimated total of $525 for both services. Because the move out cleaning was done in less time than the estimated time given, my total was less than that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Vlad did such an amazing job on my carpets. I just bought my home and I for sure thought I was going to have to replace all of the upstair bedroom carpet as the previous owner had a pet and the smell and stains were horrible! I wanted to have someone come out and verify that the carpets were not salvage able so I could get an estimate on new carpet but no one would come out do to COVID-19. We bought our house brand new 3 years ago and it was time to give it a good touch up. We had grout, carpet, and couch's cleaned. Everything was left very clean & bright. I had a high traffic area on carpet which I had cleaned 6 months prior and it was still stained but not after AEA cleaned carpets.
