Just some observations! I hired these lovely ladies to clean my house. The response time was excellent. I was able to get someone to my house right away. They were generally on time. Both cleaners were courteous and clarified anything they needed from me. The job was done efficiently and my house looked amazing! So, to those that do the actual cleaning, I was very impressed! My critiques: Management never visited my home prior to the cleaning and before quoting the job. I was asked multiple times to look at their website for anything extra as they have specific packaging for their cleaning services. When I explained what we need, I was again referred to packaging. What I ended up feeling like was that if my home/needs did not fit into their packages, then they couldn't do the work. After the cleaning, I was texted that I needed to prep the house more so that they could clean, even though the ladies claimed at the time the job was easy and straight forward. I had received no impression that our prep was misaligned. To clarify, as a family we spent a few hours prior to their arrival, organizing and cleaning so that they could do their job effortlessly. But, because I have young kids, there were still a few things on the floor and spaces that were cluttered. This text from management came off as micromanaging and a bit off-putting. We homeschool and therefore actually live in our home. However, we're also a fairly neat and tidy family. My past experience with other cleaners is that our needs are reasonable considering the size and scope of our home/family. So in the end, I found management's approach to our home puzzling and frankly insulting. Further in the text, I was also educated on the proper way to categorize our home. We have a large house with six bedrooms. Because the extra rooms are used as offices, classrooms and play rooms, our originally quoted price would need to increase. Never mind that I had described our home's square footage and bedrooms beforehand. Objectively, I can understand the need to know what the rooms are used for. However, if management had visited our home, there could have been a proper discussion of price and needs. So, again, customer service was really lacking and I ended up feeling as though my needs were extraneous and that the company knew best. In the end, I expressed my needs for cleaners who could clean a busy home, that could help me generally reset the home every two weeks. With how busy our home is, there might be some weeks where there is more clutter than is usual and we completely acknowledge that this would mean some areas wouldn't get full attention. After consideration, management declined the job as they don't do those kinds of services. I must need a maid, after all, so I was told. My final thoughts are these: If you have a home you don't live in, then you'll not have any issues. The cleaners themselves are excellent! I would hire them directly if I could. For everyone else, I would encourage getting a home visit and a clear definition of how your home fits into their packages. It seems this is a very niche company with little flexibility. And if you've never had your house cleaned before, then rest assured you'll be taught how to make their work as easy as possible. Or, as was suggested to me, just find a maid to do the work. We have a pretty hard house with a lot of wood and teenagers. Just to name a few. We Just started using this company today and so far we are very impressed. Jenn did our house and she did an amazing job. She is very detailed and did a deep cleaning. She took pride in her work which was refreshing. Which is exactly what we are looking for. We rather pay a little more and get deep cleaning than surface cleaning. With teens a surface clean only last a few say if that. But with a deep clean you can go bi weekly. Although there was a 20% off to do weekly so we are going with weekly for now. We have been blessed with good people and have never had issues with our other cleaners; but for peace of mind they are licensed and bonded. I know the company is pretty new, maybe a year old, so my only concern is they get too busy. Going off my first experience today; I fully recommend this company. read more

At the outset, I was happy with the service of A Cleaner you. It deteriorated over time, and although their price is quite high at the outset with lots of add ins, pressure was put on me to offer "tips" to their worker. When I did not do so, the service deteriorated. My letter below terminating my service explains my rating Dear , Thank you for your email. I apologize for not responding sooner, but we are now in the stage of first exams at the university. I was unaware of the content of the letter that my son left for your worker, but I understand his feelings. He uses his allowance to buy snacks to keep in his room, and he knows what he has available. When I spoke to you, it was not the first time that he had mentioned things missing. .My son does not lie about such things, and he has never made such accusations before. Let me remind you that there have been several incidents that have occurred since your worker came to clean my house. The most important of these was when she started (and left on the entire day) the space heater in the dining room where there is carpeting. This was dangerous, because if the heater had overheated, it could have resulted in a fire. On another occasion, she unplugged electronic equipment (the TV and the Google Home) that required me to have a time consuming reset of both of them. For this, I had to leave small post-its to instruct her that they should not be unplugged. She failed to clean the 1/2 bathroom on the main floor for several weeks. I do not use the bathroom often, but my guests do. When I did use it, I found black stains running down the sides of the toilet. I was then embarrassed to think that guests had seen this. I had to request your worker to clean the room, which I don't feel I should need to do. Your worker has systematically denied any responsibility for these things. I had considered asking you to assign another person to clean my house, but I kept hoping that the situation would improve. The systematic denials, and little improvement, make it difficult for me to doubt the voracity of my son's contention. I think it goes without saying that I do not have ghosts in my house to cause the problems. Given all these facts, and the suggestion that my son is is not telling the truth, I think it will be best if we part company. If your worker receives all the tips you say she does, then she must feel that she need not pay close attention to what she does in my house. I cannot accept this any longer. On top of all of this, I note that you increased my bill by $3. to pay for your costs of using the online service for billing. When you explained this to me, you explained that you were switching to the service to simplify your billing in that you would not have to concern yourself with depositing checks. It also simplified my life at the time. But now, I am being asked to pay for simplifying your life without any explanation whatsoever. Jenn did a great job cleaning our house before our first party. Great communication, and a good price. I also feel comfortable leaving our dogs at home while she's there, which is a big plus. I appreciate that Jenn catered to my little quirks around the house, including steam mopping floors and being careful around certain furniture pieces. We are very happy with the results.
