I thought the charges for tax prep were rather high, considering they're not CPA's. Well, we owed some money on Federal and we paid the amount in March. I did get a letter from the IRS saying that we owed them additional taxes in June of this year. I emailed Sharon, she had assured us that she checks her email daily and the office is open 363 days a year. It took about six days for a response or acknowledgement by email. We had to copy the request for payment from the IRS and bring to the office-- slip it under the door because no one was there. Sharon said to send front and back of cancelled check back to IRS. Well, on the H&R paperwork you pay IRS online and have a confirmation number but there is no address. I called the IRS and was told to pay taxes with PRIMARY taxpayer's Social Security Number. It doesn't say that on the H&R block paper work. Nor did Sharon say anything about that, nor is that information on the IRS website. Even though the IRS has both Social Security numbers and we filed jointly-- IRS didn't apply to our tax return.. But, if you expect help after the fact with H&R Block its slim pickings.

He arrived 15 minutes early the next day and got straight to work. The front door set did not work well and even the builder's QC team couldn't get it to work well. When I pointed that out to Brandon, he disassembled the lock several times and adjusting it to work smoothly. It now operates as it should. When he found that the builder installed a lever style door handle upside down, he installed it correctly. Every lock was lubricated and tested for function and fit. He provided four new keys and now the builder's master key no longer opens my house for better security. He gives a discount to veterans and senior citizens. He's very polite and courteous. I can't say enough positive things about his business ethics, his business operation, or himself. Great guy!
