When I put out a Yelp request for a move out clean, Paula responded within an hour. The other companies didn't respond or responded a week later. She came out that very same day to check out our property and give us a quote, which included power washing the floors in our garage and RV garage. The quote was extremely reasonable and since she had great reviews, I hired her on the spot without hesitation. There was about a three week gap between the time we met and the date that the cleaning was scheduled. During that time she responded quickly whenever I texted her with a question. The previous owner had abandoned all their belongings in a fairly large house and needed professional cleaning as the house was left in an unliveable condition. Paula came and spent multiple days servicing and cleaning the house. She went above and beyond where she stayed into the night so we didnt have to spend extra hotel stays.
