I've been working with Belinda and Sedona Rocks now for several months. So far, I've been pleased with the communication and the work her team does. I have a short-term rental in the area and sometimes have quick turnovers and last-minute bookings. Her team has been dependable and she has been flexible when we've needed late check-outs or reschedules. This was my first time using Sedona Rocks Cleaning Service, as I was not getting a response from my inquiries from Thumb Tack or Angies. After reading a horrible review, I was skeptical, but I called and Belinda called me back and scheduled me as quickly as she could as I was doing a turn-around on my rental home and needed cleaning right away. This is one the worst business interactions I have ever had in my entire life. Literally used this place twice and attempted to a third- although against my better judgement with the first two experiences. First off, the cleaning people themselves are wonderful. That is IF they show up. My first experience with Belinda was a move out cleaning that happened July 30th. Even from the get go I felt Belinda was flakey and unsure if the gal would make it. The gal was almost 3 hrs late and worked until night fall and was a 4.25 hr cleaning and she did an excellent job. But again, was 3 hrs late almost and then Belinda said that was rare and she was out of town - She also had me chase HER down to give credit card info. that is how flakey she was. I am thinking hey could get this for free if she doesnt call back next experience, needed a deep cleaning on my new place cause i treated it for ants and was ready to start regular cleaners. This time the gal didn't even show up. Belinda finally "comped" the service this time and sent someone else who did a great job and a deep cleaning on the small apartment i am in. I was grateful thinking she tried to make amends that way- so one time I paid 225 (move out) and she comped the deep cleaning.. and I 2.5 weeks later today needed a regular cleaning.. been keeping place great- I repeatedly emphasized I had to be an appt at 12.30 and was she sure 10 am worked for the gal? I also requested she had back up since last people flaked out or got too busy on other house before etc. She assured and reassured me and i have text thread to prove this- that someone would be there. NO ONE SHOWED UP AT 10 AM!! Same day Sedona cell towers went down, I had to drive up the road two miles to call and ask why AGAIN was no one at SCHEDULED TIME. Again she said shed be late ar 11 am and to call her back if the gal didnt show up. SURE ENOUGH NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called many times at 12:30 time I had to go to my appr. Belinda LITERALLY ignored my calls. I called so many times and not a word back or PLAN to get anyone else. It escalated from their she even said she was car shopping and she cant be to BLAME FOR HER WORKERS! wow!!!!! Then I said id make sure everyone knew how very bad business she was and she called me the f ing word followed by the B word that ends with H.!!!!! WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!!!!! That really just enraged me. Finally ZEN cleaners called me and they use Green Clean anyway. And had to help me through all this. Come to find out Belinda definitely has had some falling outs with past workers and other clients who have gone to other people! BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON TO FOLLOW THROUGH. She may have great cleaners but her communication is an issue. And when I about why didnt she emphasized to person to show up? She said she shouldnt have to, but I had asked her to relay that and she said she would. Never should this happen the only three times I dealt with place . No respect for my day off and hours of waiting or my tight time schedule either. Unreal. read more

I used Sedona Rocks Cleaning Services for my vacation rental in Munds Park. Belinda was very nice and accommodating. I think Belinda is seizing an amazing opportunity from a professional services standpoint, but I think the professional services could use some refinement. The cost to clean my home was $160 per service. This seemed steep to me at first, but it is my understanding that this is the going rate. In addition, Belinda acted as my primary guest contact, to which she charged a fee if a guest did contact her, which is fine. I live out of state and thought that as the property contact person, if a guest contacted her, she would take action. She absolutely did! She forwarded me the text message from the guest (at 10 p.m. my time) and told me that I should get a plumber immediately, no contacts or anything. She charged me to forward that text message. What is interesting is the sink was backed up and the garbage disposal fried. I would think a thorough cleaning would have surfaced that issue, but her "girls never said anything about it" (so I have no recourse). I also had a guest tell me that they put three light bulbs into my dining room light (the only other light in the fixture was missing completely). I had to wonder how they even saw in the room to clean as the curtains are quite dark in that room and it is shaded. These are things I figured I would receive communication on. I didn't. That same guest also informed me that I needed batteries in the thermostat. Again, no communication. I arrived at the house after that last guest and found dust in places you wouldn't expect to see for a house that was being cleaned weekly. I found that I was playing a game of "find the towels" or "where are all of my supplies" or "why didn't someone tell me I needed more supplies". I believe Belinda organizes the cleanings well, but I am certain she has never been to my home. Not being able to communicate with the people who were in my home was frustrating. It's laughable, but I recently switched property managers/cleaners because my neighbors were having issues with my trash cans being left out. When I messaged Belinda, she didn't ask why I was leaving, but what I found interesting is my new property manager came to the house and said it was freezing. He went to the fuse box and said it was left wide open, as if someone where trying to troubleshoot why there was no heat. The propane tank was bone dry. Now, the propane tank was not their fault (my account was setup with Amerigas auto-delivery if anyone is wondering), but the courteous thing to do would've been to let me know that the tank was out. Finally, I noticed a charge that seemed out of place. I requested an account reconciliation from Belinda since I never received an invoice for a single cleaning. I have not heard back. I felt good about the service initially, but am walking away with a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Sedona Rocks did a move-in cleaning of our new house. The cleaners were very thorough and left me a sparkling clean home.

I've used this company twice now and like their name implies, they ROCKED IT!!! I'm not sure what happened with the other bad review written but it sure was not the experience that I've had. Both cleanings were between tenants and not only did they get both of my units sparkling for the rental promo pictures and leasing agents to show, but also the price was very fair. You might get a little cheaper price if you can find a decent independent contractor cleaning person but I have tried several and they are hit and miss. Sedona Rocks even cleaned the carpet in one unit and it turned out great. That's a bonus since I didn't have to hire and schedule a separate carpet cleaning company and since they were already there, the price was cheaper. The owner, Belinda was friendly and answered every phone call and text I sent. The cleaners showed up when they were scheduled and I received an invoice the following day with a thank you text. My units are managed by the largest property management company in Sedona and my agent is very very very picky when it comes to unit cleanings. There's usually a list of items to call the cleaner back for that were either missed or insufficient. When I spoke with her today after she inspected the cleaning of my unit, she was thrilled with the way it came out *including the windows which I requested. I told my property manager to make a note that this company is my first call for all my units now because of the consistency, thoroughness and fair price point. Thank you Belinda!! read more
