BUYER BEWARE I have been going to this store for years to try to support local business, but I have had enough. Here are some major complaints I have. 1) The store is run like a pawn shop and not a hobbyist store. From the bikes, to the dirty birdcage. 2) The quality of the products is questionable at best. The items are not stored properly, often in a pile inside or outside of the store. The items themselves are often damaged. I had purchased a preowned switch lite on layaway which was scratched and it took over a month to get a different one. 3) The service is terrible because you will be in an incredibly confined location surrounded by junk and she will spend 30 minutes helping the customer who came in after you before helping you. You will also wait for an incredibly long time (weeks to months) to get anything if you try to order it through this store. 4) The pricing is awful. I had asked for an exchange. The original switch lite for a screen protector and a switch lite without scratches, and instead I received, paying well over an additional $90, a cheap rubber casing I didn't ask for, rubber skin for the switch lite which I didn't ask for, a micro SD card, and the replacement switch. You will pay next to full price for used items. 5) THERE ARE FAKES SOLD HERE. The micro-SD card I mentioned in #5 was not the 256 GB listed, but a fake which was around 10 GB at best. It corrupted my save data and has forced me to abandon long-term saves (playing for months) for Animal Crossing New Horizons and more. When confronted she only gave me $30 (out of the aforementioned $90) and I was forced to purchase a functional micro-SD card elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE. read more

Very sweet family owned business. I've never visited this Store and not received superior customer service. It's a small little Store, jammed packed with treasures. You never know what you may find there. read more

I have actually been going to this store since I was a young kid and I eventually grew up and found out that these guys have been ripping me off for years! They will charge you 3x what something is actually worth and the pricing in their store is awful! And don't bother trying to trade in anything to their store because you will be offered an insulting price!!! The store is also a downgrade from their last store...It's extremely small and has an odor. There is constantly stuff on the floor and the shop is always messy and disgusting. I luckily found a store right down the road from collectors lair called "Electronics to go" and these guys have been more than fair with prices and trade ins as far as games and I will be taking my money there for now on! read more

The first thing you will notice when you see this place is that outside of the door is so filled with crap that you can barely make your way to the door. When you get inside the door your greater with a wonderland paradise of toys, Blu-Rays, video games, and collectibles. But then you notice that another person is in there browsing around. You see, the problem with that is the fact that that place is SO SMALL and so Cramped up that you can't even really browse if anybody else is in there doing the same as you. The bad part is that they have a lot of great things but you can't really look through anything due to it being such a small place. It's really a hassle to go there to be honest. You should just go to EBay. Also, they are unreliable when it comes to service. Example: I've been calling for 30 minutes now and they open at 11:00am yet it's 11:30am right now and they still haven't answered. Also, another thing to do before you go to this place is to search online and see how much you can buy the product for before you go here because they will try to rip you off with prices when it comes to video games and other things too. read more

Nasty Nasty store. Hazardous to you. there is a ton of things to trip on and even an exposed table saw blade in one of the isles. Prices are astronomical. read more
