I then get an email confirming an appointment for Saturday- so I replied to confirm I booked it for Friday. Her response? Scroll up and you'll see we agreed on 7/29. I didn't double check if the 29th was a Saturday so I suppose that's my fault? I then asked her to have a manager call me and she said she is the manager and they're busy in the summer and there is nothing they can do. And that was it.
