However, the guys missed 3 dead limbs when they cut the limbs back in Nov. 2023 and I been have been calling and texting Carl since June 2024 ( had to make sure the 3 limbs were dead) to come trim up the limbs his guys missed. I have sent out at least 4 texts and 3 phone calls and Carl has said he would come by 2 times but not connected on the other communications. I guess Carl has enough other business to not be concerned with finishing one job completely.
