We recently had one tree removed, and a large widow maker branch that was hung up in another tree. First the pricing was excellent, and Dan was very direct and easy to work with. We even had to reschedule the work, and Dan made it no problem. Second, the crew of three showed up on time and ready to get to work. To get the tree down required dropping our electric utility line. Dan took care of all of the details, and the COS electric utility came out (also on time) to drop the line. Once the tree was down the utilities came back out and reconnected the electric. The whole process took about an hour. Third they very carefully removed my hanging widow maker, and were very careful not to destroy anything in the yard or the neighbors. Fourth, they did an excellent job on the cleanup of the yard. Picking up all of the branches and raking the yard. If anyone happens to need tree work done in their yard, I would highly recommend Complete Tree Service. They just took out a dead tree in our yard and took down some very large dead trunks/limbs in another large tree. We had called some other places previously looking for estimates and found a lot of companies/people to be rather flaky. Very satisfied! Dan was very prompt with coming out to give an estimate and took the time needed to discuss the work and my options and is very knowledgable. The work was scheduled promptly within my time constraints. I was late for the appointment time and the crew willingly waited for me to arrive so that they could make sure we were both in agreement about what was to be done both asthetically and practically with a tree close to the house with branches growing over the roof, even though Dan had already communicated what we had discussed. Dan, the owner came out to view the tree that needed some major trimming and to my surprise sent me an estimate that I could not refuse. I hired Complete Tree Service to remove a small/medium sized tree. Their price was reasonable and they were able to get me on the schedule in less than two weeks. The crew showed up on time and were extremely pleasant and polite.
