They have amazing service here! I walked in without an appointment and waited for a short time before I was moved over to the nail station. I waited a little longer, but it was very understanding, considering they were very busy. The gal who helped me with my nails, was extremely talented, and knew exactly what she was doing. I came in for a mani pedi today... the manicure was fine. but the pedicure was not. everytime i have gotten a pedicure there they always use the cheese grater thing to scrape the bottom of my feet. i had just finished a lot of hard work standing on my feet and expected that. i did not get that and was very upset, and honestly it left my feet looking and feeling worse... im honestly not happy at all and dont necessarily want to go back. it also felt very uncomfortable walking in, i was the only one in there and when i walked in it seemed like everyone was lounging around about to fall asleep. read more

Super bad service I was there from 12:00 to 2:30 just to get a nail set the first guy that was doing them just told me don't leave and went home apparently and didn't say a word I was sitting there for 30 min before someone was able to help me then the guy that started doing my nails went for a cigarette break and left me there for another 15 minutes without saying anything.Not only did they cut me once but 3 times I had to tell him not to file them anymore and he still continued doing it so I moved my finger when it started bleeding and he just laughed about it. I was supposed to get designs I only ended up with one design because he couldn't even do heart design. read more

Called ahead to make sure they had availability. Told them I had a tight schedule and he assured me he could have me seated in 20 mins. I get to the shop and they have several people waiting in addition to a full row of clients already being serviced. I picked my color and kept inquiring my about how long it would take and after 15 mins of asking and being told "just a couple minutes" I left. Not a fan of the customer service at all. I am pretty much furious with this salon. My poor mother went in for a pedicure. Has been waiting for one all year. Not only did they make her feel uncomfortable and upset, but made fun of her feet. She's over 80 people and I know how hard she's worked her whole life. Thank you for making her experience to the point of tears. I WAS an existing customer and have spent so much money there. First pedi in 3+ months, but so worth the wait. This has always been my favorite shop for cleanliness, but the extra measures are very much appreciated. All staff are masked, gloves and with face shields. Additionally, mani stations have an acrylic divider. Clients must wear masks and use hand sanitizer upon arrival. Thank you AD Nails! read more

My daughters surprised me for my birthday and we all went and got deluxe pedicures. They did an amazing job. However, they spilled a half a container of oil on my shoe and never said a word to me about it. I thought it would just dry but it ruined my shoe. I called to speak with the manager and they said to come back in and they would "clean" my shoe. Mind you this was New Years Eve, and I was not about to go back for them to clean my shoe. I stopped there the following Monday and they still insisted on cleaning my shoe. What happened to Customer service?? I will be very reluctant to go back again. read more

In addition to the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful mani/pedis (neat, clean, precise) there is an added touch that goes above and beyond the average nail salon- a mini fridge stocked with water & soda, a serve-yourself coffee machine, and some candy for the taking. I am feeling disappointed. It went from $20 to $30 for my shellac manicure and it only lasted a week. :(

I always have a great experience while I'm there. However, they seem to be very busy every time I try to get in. I guess weekdays after work and Sundays are too busy. Shellac nails always last a minimum of 2-3 weeks. read more

Worst experience ever! We made an appointment and asked if they would do 3 year olds. They said yes. When we got there we had to wait for 45 minutes AFTER our appointment to get in the chair. They did my mom first so my little girl had to wait another 40 min. to get started! As you can imagine was so overtired at that point that she started screaming and they were about to kick us out! They also messed up mom's nails with bubbles and chips in the gel. read more
