After talking to many cabinet installers I went with Dennis & Denise who own this business. They were recommended by my electrician. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new kitchen. I bought my cabinets thru them and Dennis and his team did the installation. He is a very experienced pro. Denise manages the customers. They work as a harmonious team. The whole process was seamless. PLUS the measuring was no charge. Many companies will charge you for the template so beware. The cabinets look beautiful. I will post pics as soon as I get my new counter tops. Their prices were more than reasonable. Thank you Dennis and Denise for all your help.

I went to the big box stores but they always seem so busy and rushed me when I wanted to discuss different type of front panels doors. I found this cabinet outlet and Dennis took the time to explain reasons to choose the type of cabinet wood, even down to the Hardware!!! Like no detail too small to care. And he's a straight talker too. I appreciated that. They are the new owners in the process of redoing their showroom so there wasn't a huge display but they had samples and even saved the kitchen design he made on the computer so I can visualize what it'll look like just by showing him a photo and my "slightly" incorrect measurements. He gave me an estimate saving it on file for when I have the budget together. Which won't take long because they're higher quality cabinets than others and less expensive. I'll go back and take a photo of the showroom once they finish moving things around. Awesome customer experience. Only issue was the map got my to wrong place so I hope that gets fixed. But I found it and then ate next door ha!

The cabinets arrive in cartons from China but once assembled they are of decent quality. However,…read morehiring Cabinet Makers to install cabinets and countertop in our kitchen has been like a tour through Hell! First, Mark came out and measured up our "L" shaped kitchen, then rough sketched the cabinetry lay out with his quote. When asked what his timeline for job completion was, Mark told us he'd have it finished in about 3 weeks if we paid in advance. We liked the cabinets, so we decided to go with Cabinet Makers and paid them in full that same day (dumb thing to do!) When the cabinets and installer arrived two weeks later, Mark had ordered the wrong size base cabinet so installation couldn't be completed until the correct cabinet arrived a week later. Then, Mark came out to measure for the countertop. We were shocked and concerned when he just took measurements and didn't do a template. However, Mark assured us that he had all of the measurements needed and the countertop would be ready in 7-10 days... In about 2 weeks, Cabinet Makers called and said the countertop would be installed in about 2 hours. We waited but no show and no call either. After we called them, another date was set for the countertop installation. The day came and went with no countertop or call from Cabinet Makers. Finally, after the third appointment, the countertop arrived. But---- since Mark hadn't templated for the countertop, it was cut wrong. A week later, Cabinet Makers scheduled again for the countertop. The day came and went with no countertop or call. When we tried calling Mark that evening, he refused to answer our call and texted us saying, "text me please." We texted and asked him to call us. He won't call or give us any answers regarding the countertop! This is how you treat customers that paid thousands in advance?!? Finally, a few days later the countertop installer called us and set up a day to install the countertop. Mark couldn't even contact us??? Finally, the big day came, and the countertop showed up! The sad part is the installers had to cut the hole for the range top after the counter was installed, thus, turning our home into a cloud of granite dust. In addition to not providing the granite people with a template, Mark also never gave them the information for the range top that we gave him. Although, Mark is quick to tell you that he knows his stuff, believe me he doesn't! He's arrogant and just wants to take your money! This business has zero skills and integrity.

We left it a few months and then we called back and said can you come over and start the work well I'm being known to us. Cobridge sold the company to a guy named Zack Brooks, but still keep the name Coomber construction. He he came out the first time to look at the job and said he would send his engineer out so the engineer came out gave us a bunch a bunch of BS about how it would look and what it would be only to find out that he neglected to take into consideration the grade he got the position of the columns wrong three times. Which had to be taken down and moved .Not k owing anything about building garages ( apparently neither does Zack Brooks ) we let them carry on thinking they would make it right completely the wrong decision his. This was our first time hiring a contractor for anything his subcontractors with the exception of the roof roofing contractor Suncoast roofing did an absolutely garbage job on everything they touched. The garage floor looked like my grandchildren had laid it and had to be sanded grind down and skimmed three times and looked even worse than it did the first time we ended up just having shark coatings come out and doing it he wanted to charge me money for leftover materials by the roofing contractor that we're in that he left on the driveway but my wife moved back into the garage to keep it out of the rain. He said if you want to keep that will charge you $5000. My wife said we don't want the wood take it back and give us a refund well we never saw the refund. This man is all about overcharging under performing and just generally not having any idea what he was doing the only time he turned up at the job site was to pick up a check unfortunately I was out of state working so I wasn't able to keep a good eye on what he was up to the driveway. He charged me $4000 for looks like crap so he sent his guy out to fix it well they brought two more loads of crushed millings to fix the grade put the quality of the mailings are so awful. There are a chunks in there as big as my head during their excavation for the stumble they dug up the waterline because they couldn't be bothered to call call before you did and cut through our waterline which ruined all of our shower, faucets and valves, etc. inside the house which cost us $750 to have a plumber come in and clean them all out. His contract sign was left lying in our yard 10 months which really upset the inspector from the government building inspector.. It was just a litany of awful, awful, awful awful experiences. I wouldn't advise anybody to use this company. I can show you photographs of what happened and my advice is don't use this company. Find a reputable company. My overall opinion of this man is incompetent a rip off artist and only interested in getting money out of his clients not doing the job properly. Just as a footnote the job ended up costing us twice as much as we were initially quoted so angry. How do people get away with this crap and how do they get a contractors license?

On June 13, 2025, we signed a contract with them. Work began July 21, 2025. They finished on May 26, 2026. The contract stated that it would take 4 months, possibly 5, to complete the project. It took them 10 months to complete. There was a total of at least 15 weeks (a week being 5 consecutive working days, i.e., Wednesday through Tuesday) where NOTHING was done at the house. Prior to beginning demolition, they required a total of 60% of the contract to be paid. At the end of demolition and rough-in, which took 4 weeks, they required a total of 84% to be paid. Then they wanted payment for the project to be substantially complete and usable prior to the installation of the glass shower walls or the master being usable. That would have been 95% of the contract. The supervising contractor stated that he would not have the shower glass installed until they were paid. I sent his boss a copy of the Florida legal requirements for being substantially complete and usable, and I also hired an attorney. When it came time for the final walkthrough and final payment, they didn't want to provide us with the Affidavit of Contractor's Final Payment, which shows if there are any subcontractors who have released their lien and those that haven't been paid and how much they are owed prior to receiving the final payment, even though we had the right to have it according to our attorney. Then, when we received the document, it was a "waiver and release of lien upon progress payment."
