I don't even know where to begin in this second review... Which is the Real review after I was in the house alone 3 days later and took pictures of the filth and grime left on the outside of every kitchen cupboard, every light switch, the bathroom toilet (up under the rim and down on the sides, all of the trim behind and around the toilet and tub is just disgusting). I tried to explain to Leah, the owner, through many pictures, descriptions, emails, texts...to no avail. I first offered the option of having her come back (as clearly stated in her website of the client isn't pleased) and actually deep clean the outside of the kitchen cupboards and the light switches and the bathroom. The owner did not respond to that offer. So, I finally asked for a Portion of the money back, still agreeing to pay her $200 out of the $500 job. The 200 dollars included 2 hours at her rate for cleaning (as they did take down almost all of the cobwebs which were all over the house, and vacuumed and swept...I consider those tasks to be a lite cleaning, which is not what I hired the company for) and the $40 tip I gave, yet she will not give me any money back, commits to saying that she did her job and that she has the pictures to prove it, so here I am... First time ever updating a review to have less than zero Stars. Between deplorable customer service and lack of integrity in the face of absolute, undeniable truth....I can't let this one slide. The owner and the co-worker were very nice girls and you will be tempted to hire them. Please, do not hire A Deep Clean Queen if what you are looking for is truly a deep clean. At best, a surface clean was provided and we moved into filth after paying $500 to avoid this particular feeling. Very sad. read more

I hired the company almost 8 months ago to come clean my house every other week. The owner and her employees are very nice, respectful, and meticulous. I have been nothing but happy with the services they have provided me. I then referred them to my parents for them to come in an do a very intense cleaning because my parents are older an have a hard time keeping up. I could not be more honest by telling you they absolutely blew the job out of the water i couldnt have done a better job myself. If you are looking for a honest, reliable, upstanding, friendly company to have clean your home you have found the right company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
