She left after 1 hour of "cleaning" in which she cleaned 4 total surfaces and did not dust a thing. There was dust and cobwebs still hanging from the ceiling fans, all over the windows and window sills, nose prints from dogs on all the windows and accumulated dust on every single surface other than the 4 she actually cleaned. Nothing was dusted or "deep cleaned" by any definition. I then called her to explain and give her the opportunity to come back and make it right and finish the job. She continued to yell at me and say she did everything that I said she didn't. I then sent her a picture of the dust and cobwebs and she apologized then continued to blame it on her "employee", the neighbors told me her so called employee looked like her very young daughter.
