We had an extremely disturbing experience with this beach chair rental vendor on St. George Island…read more On May 2, 2026 around 1:30 PM, while I was walking my dogs, the individual running the setup approached my children and began cursing at them individually. Instead of speaking to an adult, he chose to isolate and verbally attack kids. When I came back and asked why he would speak to my children that way, I told him I would have gladly paid if there was an issue with the chairs. At that point, his behavior escalated. He began directing slurs toward me, made racially offensive remarks about my children, and used degrading language including calling them "feral" and "disgusting." This was completely unacceptable, especially in a public, family-friendly environment like St. George Island, which is known for being quiet and family-oriented. A police report has been filed regarding this incident. Parents should be aware of how this vendor treats customers and children. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
