I did not find them for several days and of course they were dead. When I called the shop and spoke with owner she basically told me it was my fault because my son did not call and ask if I got the flowers. She offered no resolution or redelivery. My phone number was on the card, I would have at least expected a courtesy call to let us know they had left the flowers in the hot sun. I would not trust this Florist with any special occasion. I was totally shocked at this owner's attitude.
