There is something about her calming way that makes him tolerate her gentle manipulation as she cuts and fluffs. He leaves with an attitude, knowing that he looks good and that he's going to get a lot of attention. I love the fact that it is easy to make an appointment, and my fur baby is always done when she says he will be. The communication is stellar, the shop is clean, in a good location, and everyone working there genuinely seems to love their job.

Cyndel worked on Cooper and did a spectacular job. Once again, the best grooming/haircut he has ever had, and Cyndel did the whole job very quickly. I booked my appt online for a Saturday which works great with my work schedule. Dropped the dogs off and was warmly greeted by the groomer, Annie. She handled my old lady dogs with patience and care. You could tell how much she pours her heart into each dog and making sure it is an enjoyable experience for them while also meeting the expectations of the human owner (me). I picked up my golden girls a couple hours later.., they smelled great, had clean ears and teeth and short nails. I could tell my girls felt pampered and exhausted from the festivities. About five months ago she has a gash on her toe. I called and they said they hadn't noticed anything. Seemed odd, but saw no reason not to believe them. The last time, March 19, she had a deep gash on her eye. It was super red and she couldn't open her it for about 5 days. When I got home I called them. Hugo asked around while I was on the line and no one knew anything. He didn't ask to see photos or apologize. We were horrified. I hate leaving poor reviews, but you need to know your pet may not be safe:-( Btw, sometimes her trims were tidy and other times very choppy. ugh!!

We made the appointment several days earlier after stopping by last Saturday to see what the place was all about. We met Morgan, who was very nice, and turned out to be Bailee's stylist yesterday. She remembered Bailee, and it was at her recommendation that we scheduled her for an early appointment on a weekday (as she is still getting used to other dogs). The pricing was a bit funky; we wish it was a bit more transparent. My wife was quoted $90 initially with a $5 discount. At the time of the appointment, we noted that Bailee is a foster with a local rescue that is a 501c3; it states on the website that they offer half off services for the first three visits (which is very generous!). When noting this again, the price changed to $45. A tip of 20% was added, and then the price jumped up to $60. While we aren't complaining about the price, it was just very confusing and could certainly be clarified further in the future. We also have been prepared to share her vaccinations with Puff & Fluff. While interacting with two other team members separate from Morgan, we thought we would note an interesting occurrence. One team member called and asked for documentation about Bailee being fostered though when my wife arrived, she was told no documentation was needed by another team member when my wife asked. We also hadn't been asked for information about vaccinations, which surprised us. We are still happy to share the documentation about vaccinations or fostering as needed. Overall, Bailee enjoyed her time, and Morgan seemed to really be kind and caring towards her. Bailee seems to be more comfortable and cooler now. Morgan really listened when we requested Bailee's hair to be long enough to not be sunburnt but short enough to keep her cool. It would have been nice for Bailee to have received a hair bow as a part of her grooming, but either way, we look forward to returning to Puff & Fluff again in the future!

We get there and he starts reciting this Script of,..... "Wouldn't You Agree" and,..."We Here at Scenthound Believe",.....then asks questions Id already answered. I felt like I was at a Car dealership. I told him "I've already been through this twice",.. and that "I don't need your 10 point Inspection" and I don't care about all your illustrious services,....can we just do the nails and let me go??. We left and went to Doggie District. Unbelievable.
