We also grabbed a bag of Bil Jack treats for them and I got the cats some spray cat nip for their new tree. All of that was just $25! I was totally impressed. The owner of the store was there and he was so friendly and welcoming. I totally would stop in here again... and even make the hour drive to visit him and his store. She is exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and remembers things about my animals. She knows the products and loves her job. Before Katie was Jason and he too was exceptional in terms of his knowledge and information. Both are generous with their time if I have a question or need help with selections. At this location, Katie does a great job and I love going in to get food or supplies. I appreciate service, people that care about me and my pets. I hope Katie remains here. By the way, when I come in, all the employees greet me happily--sincerely---and offer help. The checkout is always fast even if they are involved in something else, they come right over to check me out.
