My friend, who is also a dog owner, and I stopped at Luca's Barkery around 1pm on a Thursday. I was impressed by their huge selection of treats. I recognized several brands that my dog liked, but I was intrigued by new brands that also looked healthy and nutritious for my dog. I loved that the store leaned into Christmas items, including Christmas themed treats and Dog Advent Calendars. As much as I wanted to get something for my dog, I kept gravitating to a paw ornament kit. My dog's "gotcha day" was 5-years ago around Christmas time, so the kit was more for me than it was for him. Lastly, the employee at Luca's during the time of our visit was so friendly! When I mentioned that I was from out of town, he sparked up a genuine conversation asking where I was from, how I'm liking Cleveland, etc. Really enjoyed chatting with him and appreciated his hospitality and positive attitude.

Located in the heart of downtown on 38th and Payne Avenue, it's convenient to all local highways and eAsy access to and from work. The staff and owners are passionate about the dogs they see everyday. My dog is thrilled yo go to daycare and comes home wiped out. It's more than a place to send your dog, they host Halloween and Christmas parties, summer socials, winter bizzars and that's just a few of the amazing events. You can take your pup for a full or half day, board them for the week or send them with their favorite staff member. It's truly a family atmosphere.

I have only been there once but have been in contact a couple times through phone conversations. So the fact that they gave me the correct address shows they have patience. Place is clean. There is outside and inside with no crates that I saw. They needed to interview her to make sure she played nice. I picked her up after 2 hours and we now have a day care boarding place.
