if you have basic care experience and knowledge, need i say anymore? this place is horrible. reptiles and others have been kept in horrible care for years as far as the reviews go...if that gecko isn't dead then it damn sure is not healthy. Humane Society and Willoughby police were contacted already and have received numerous complaints but the place still seems to be in business. Owner is kind but nasty and in denial when confronted. Stop giving these people money to mistreat and kill off more animals. If you care for your own animals and still financially support this place, you are apart of the problem and you are helping continue this cycle. read more

Great store and even better store owner store has alot of everything even things you might not expect.

Just bought a bearded dragon from this place day before yesterday. They charged me $120 and the poor thing has tail rot. I was just letting it have a swim and the end of it's rotted tail has now fallen off. I will now need to take it to the vet or figure out what I have to do next to keep the rot from hopefully not growing further or even worse going to it's internal organs. I guess I should have asked more questions ..... shame on me. read more

The establishment is on the first floor of what seems to be an office building and it is difficult to find. The overall esthetic is somewhat run down but form someone that has spent decent time and money into my koi ponds and fancy fin goldfish holding tanks, this place has some great fish! read more

The owner is great, over all condition are a little messy but good quality fish for reasonable prices!

Just went to this store the other day and my daughter and I was almost in tears at how disgusting the conditions were for the animals!!! It smelled horrible, the tanks and terrariums were dirty and the animals were in very bad shape! I wish there were inspections and regulations to get rid of places like this! In our opinion this was definitely animal neglect and abuse! I wish there was an option to give it ZERO stars!!! read more

The guy that owns the place (or maybe he just works there) is really socially awkward but hey he doesn't have to sell himself, just the pets. It's really smelly when you walk in and the building itself looks like it's from a post apocalyptic movie, but they have a wide selection of fish and that's all I really needed. read more

Pretty good local fish/reptile store! I thought it's going to be a small store but surprisingly, they've got a ton of freshwater tropical fish and salt water fish and some corals. Not that much plants but they've got some nice breed, like rummy nose that I haven't seen anywhere else in cleveland. The goldfish they had are not that nice but I guess that's not their main focus of the store. If you are into reptile, they've got some turtles and snakes too. I wish they would carry some more freshwater plants, but pretty darn good as a local fish store! read more

Terrible. Disgusting smell as you walk in, the snakes' enclosures are so small they don't even have enough room to fully stretch out. I saw several dead fish floating in the top of the tanks which had way too many fish in them. I would never give my money to this store because they are clearly terrible to the animals. read more
