They had an opening and got him right in. I noticed they do beard trimming and shaping so I decided I would try that. What a great time. Not only did I get a beard trim for the first time, but it was a full service trim, with oils and hot towels and a straight razor. It was awesome. Got a scruffy beard? Treat yourself. My son wanted pictures of his haircut because it came out exactly how he wanted it and he wants to be able to show what he wants next time. Wish I still lived here because I think I would treat myself monthly to the beard works.

With customers waiting her call continued without pause. It was obvious the call she was on wasn't an "immediate family emergency " call. Based on her actions/inactions her call seemed to take precedence over the customers. I've patronized the man salon for about a year however I've never seen customer service this poor. Her substandard customer service projected a disconnected, unfavorable, unprofessional, "I'm here only for a paycheck" vibe. The business, the business owner, and the customers deserve much better than she was capable of. With the right employees this business has tremendous potential.
