I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this. I also don't like the style of the clothing in here. It's just not my cup of tea but that's fine. It might be for others but they do carry the shoes that I need so that's why I continue to come here. However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.
