I was prepared for a lengthy shopping experience but when I came in for the fitting it was like magic; the fitter identified my size and listened to what I was looking for then soon after handed me a bra that ended up working perfectly. I was honestly shocked that it was not more difficult to find something- they have a wide selection of varieties and sizes. The store seems really small from the front but in the back there is a huge collection of bras. I would definitely come back here if I need another specialty bra. Definitely worth paying a bit more for the customized service and it saved me a trip to Boston .

Also, cute pajamas are a hit all year. Bonus points because they offer free, gorgeous wrapping service. The owner is invariably accommodating, professional, and lovely. If something is not in stock, she will offer to order it. She is helpful with recommendations without being overbearing or intrusive. She also does bra fittings, a dying art. It is amazing the difference in feel and function when a bra fits correctly.

Still, Soma has a wide variety of sizes and styles to choose from and the staff here are really lovely humans. Located at the edge of Garden City shopping center, parking right in front is limited, but there is one handicapped spot there. If you have bras you are replacing that are 'gently used', they can be donated here for charity. Whether an A or an H, Soma's got you covered. Literally. ;-D

I appreciated Kate's assistance finding my size in a new style. My pet peeve is that the straps do not adjustable for the entirety of the strap, they only adjust halfway. When you're short, have a larger cup size and are relatively fit, be sure to get some help to be sure the straps won't slide. Happy to see the AOL is in extra small in more than neutral colors again! Additionally, I do have level 1 autism, and the place was sensory-friendly to me at least. The lights were not too bright and the environment was not too loud, and the bra I got is very comfortable (except for the tag but I'll just cut that off lol).
