UNBELIEVABLE GREAT SERVICE! We tried ordering flowers via a national website and had nothing but problems. Since we live out of the area we searched for a local Pensacola florist and found A Flower Shop - called and spoke with Keri, she was terrific, understood what we wanted for my mothers committal service at Barrancas National Cemetery. She was friendly, professional, and kind. We were arrived for the service, the flowers were spectacular, fresh, vibrant, and exactly as promised. The prices were very competitive and the fantastic service is unheard of these days. We very much appreciate this local business and will order all flowers for the graveside from now on through them. I ordered flowers and balloons for a delivery to a new mom at hospital in pensacola FL. Since they didnt have the flowers in stock that I ordered online they delivered only the balloons order. They did not call me regarding the flower selection change needed as they were out of some in my order. They did send an email but they did not call me immediately. Instead they thought it would be a great idea to just deliver half the order until they heard from me the customer via email I guess bc like I said no phone call. Also, when I called them I was only able to speak to a customer service line and not the actual business. They were quick to offer discounts for future flower order but no I dont order flowers on the regular. I requested a full refund for flower part of order. They did do that however after it was all said and done they did charge me more that the balloon order was by about 20 bucks. I feel like this review right here is hopefully going ro be read by the next person from out of town thinking they would like to use this flower shop. I warn you not to. Just avoid the stress all together and go somewhere else. Who delivers only half the order and does not call the customer by phone and sends an email? Then just waits. Some people don't check emails like taking phone calls minute by minute. The only way I knew the order was messed up bc my son and his wife got the balloon irder with no flowers. read more

"A Flower Shop", is THE Flower Shop! The quaint exterior houses an extravagant array of flowers and very friendly florists that provided me exactly what I needed. What did I need? Roses! You married men know what I'm talking about. The prices are competitive with any shop online or around town, but the difference is the quality. View the flowers in my photos. The colors are magnificent and to borrow a phrase from the clothing industry, full figured. Every petal was healthy and perfectly shaped. Even the Baby's Breath (the tiny white flowers) are the freshest I've ever seen. I ordered the Pink Tribute standing spray from "A Flower Shop" last Monday by phone for a funeral service on Thursday at noon. WOW! It was the most gorgeous flower stand at the funeral. They had to substitute pink roses for another flower not in stock but who minds roses as a substitute. The cost was lower than any other florist in Pensacola, I did my research online. Standing sprays are very expensive. This one was reasonable, full and beautiful. Everyone was commenting on how beautiful it was at the funeral. This will be my #1 florist in the future, and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so much!! read more

Want to say how impressed I am with the customer service, responsiveness and creative arrangement. Called late in the day for a funeral the next day- they were helpful with suggestions and immediately began work on the order, they sent me a picture via text and when I wanted to add a few names to the card, they responded right away. Beware of phone orders! Not as promised. Keri had sent me a picture of an arrangement that she had in "the cooler" on Saturday 11/2/19 which looked good, so I ordered over the phone this arrangement or facsimile for my mothers birthday on 11/5/19. Keri told me that the picture she sent represented what A Flower Shop would be delivering "freshly made" on Tuesday 11/5/19. The cost was approximately $37. Instead, my mother received the EXACT flower arrangement, with babies breath added, that I saw 3 days earlier- (see picture to judge for yourself). Also, the Delivery was made at 6pm on 11/5/19. I texted Keri all this info- no reply. I not use this florist again. Celebration Florist is more expensive, but you will be pleased with the floral arrangements they deliver. read more

I used A Flower Shop right before Christmas, to have flowers sent to my Mother's Grave. They were quite helpful in making sure that I had the right flowers for the weather. I had no hesitation with giving my card over the phone. In April, I will be in town with my Family to put flowers on my Mothers Grave and will use them. As soon as you walk in you feel like you're at home. I was overwhelmed with the smell of fresh flowers unlike anything I've ever experienced. I thought I was in the wrong place but the lady working there assured me I was in the right place. She showed me everything they had to offer and she was one of the nicest if not the nicest lady I had ever met. She made an arrangement for my wife and it was the best bouquet I had ever seen!
