I recently went to A Fresh Face Aesthetics to get a facial from Celine. I had received a Radio Frequency Micro needling treatment two weeks prior from Nicole so it was time to give my skin a big drink of moisture to keep this treatment going. Celine knew exactly what my skin needed. She was able to rid my face of any remaining dry skin and applied a lactic acid treatment as well. There were some other things she applied (I lost count as there were too many) and I was just relaxing and enjoying the pampering. I just had my IPL from Wendy today. Excellent Covid-19 measures she has in place. She has always done a great job disinfecting between clients. She now has added your temp to be taken, and disinfects your hands upon entry. She is wearing a mask and is the only one there. Entry is through the back door so no contact with anyone else. I wake up every morning, look in the mirror and feel so grateful I went to Wendy! I stopped in a couple weeks ago [for the first time] to get Botox on my forehead to try to minimize the appearance of a scar on my eyebrow (between my eyes). I was told by many med spas that Botox would be the only answer to try to flatten out or minimize the appearance. I never knew that Botox could be used to treat TMJ pain until Wendy told me about it. I woke up with a horrible earache every morning and my doctor told me I had TMJ. This place has 0 experience with brown skin. The whole transaction from the beginning to the end was awkward. It was painfully uncomfortable. They seemed to be not very knowledgeable and almost made me feel like the only black person they have ever seen. They answered none of the questions I asked. The nurse basically came in and told me she could not treat my type of skin. I am a fairly light complexioned black person. After the nurse told me she didn't know how to treat my skin, she sent an esthetician in who barely had knowledge either.
