I reseached a couple places online, after visiting multiple websites and reading reviews, European Wax Center looks to be the perfect choice. Figured I'd come by the Camarillo location and ask a few questions to get a feel of the place. As soon as I walked in the door Autumn and Tracy, we're so welcoming and informative, they made me feel comfortable, they answered all my questions, explained the waxing process and prep. Before I left I scheduled lower legs for the next day. I was given a sample to use as prep and exfoliation, it smelt so good! The next day I came back to get my lower legs done for the very first time and after my session with Lez I scheduled my Brazilian. She made me feel completely comfortable, I think my biggest fear was being judged because I'm a bigger girl. Lez really put me at ease, she was professional, kind, easy to talk to and by the end I knew I'd come back! Today I came back and got my Brazilian done and my underarms! The hardest part was letting everything grow out for 3 weeks. I am so impressed. Everything came out perfect! Overall experience 10 out of 10

the super cuts or fantastic sam's of waxes…read more i'm no stranger to getting waxed, since moving to VC had to find new places for beauty treatments. i was going to the sugar junkie but then my favorite specialist moved. had to start over again!! european wax center was close to home, reviews looked good thought i'd give it a try. simple booking process, had plenty of next day availability. i booked for wednesday night at 7:45 pm. they also have a discounted first time client promo. everything was looking good. i showed up early for my appt, the first desk girl was kind. now on to the wax... so i was called back by the specialist. she stayed in the room as i undressed + did not offer a wipe before the service. this was just different, all other places i've been to have done both. the room is bright lights and sterile like a doctors office lol anyways the technique was fine (or so i thought) quick and painful but i anticipated that. conversation was good, i did feel comfortable throughout the service. at the end it was a bit sales pitchy and she did bring an item to the front as i was getting checked out. i tipped 18% , passed on the item that was added to the cart and left. (at this point i would have rated 3 , maybe even 4 stars) when i got home and looked over the work - which i couldn't do immediately after she finished because again , she stayed in the room with me. it was honestly comical the work she did. the design i chose looked a mess and there was so much hair left over. i guess i was charged the discounted rate and they waxed accordingly lol. never going back here , willing to drive further to find an independent wax specialist.

Procell is by far my favorite treatment that has given me the best results. I've been getting mostly procell with a few hydra facials over the past year and just yesterday tried the new stem cell facial mixed with hydrafacial. My skin has never looked so good. My dark spots have faded and my overall texture and glow and even tone has improved significantly. I'm so glad we took pics but I feel they don't even show how amazing it truly is! I believe I've gone on the highest needle on procell and I definitely get rosy but it dies down by the next day. The stem cell facial had me a little pink like I worked out but died down a few hours later. I highly highly recommend all of the treatments with Procell being the best!
