***STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE*** This takes a lot of effort as I have never reviewed anything on Yelp after many years of using their services. But I need to warn all future prospects. ***STAY AWAY*** This was legitimately the worst "detailing" I have ever encountered. Where to begin.... when you book a detail you expect your car to be pristine, right??? Well that was far from the case and first thought that went through my head was disappointment. He states "take a look and point out any missed spots that need more attention". So after a full detail I need to point out missed spots (there were many)?? It didn't even appear the car had been fully washed let alone clay bar and waxed as stated in package description. When asked what kind of wax was used he pulls out a spray bottle and says sealant and something else. Definitely not the wax he advertises in package description. When asked why he doesn't use the real wax he states " he has a more expensive package and that the real stuff takes too much time". Isn't the main point of a detail to get the car looking good from a great waxing? Not to him I suppose. After walking around and spot checking for almost an hour I threw in the towel as I had other things to do. And this was clearly not going to ever be a " full detail" as advertised. I'm all for supporting small businesses but I cannot in good conscience allow anyone else to fall victim to this hussle. To end the transaction he states " sorry for this experience and that it was late in the day" as if that is a legitimate excuse for the lack of a real detail job. So I repeat STAY FAR AWAY AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND WASH YOUR OWN CAR AND GO OUT TO A NICE DINNER. You will be much more satisfied and less disappointed. read more

Willie did a fantastic job. My new-to-me BMW 328i shines like a mirror. Extra care was spent on every detail. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. The clay made my paint smooth as a baby's butt. At $150.00 it was expensive of course. However if you do the research, you'll spend more at most places and get less and you'll have to take your car over there and sit for a couple hours while it's done. Willie came to my work so I just did my job and he did his. I got carpets cleaned, clay bar, wax, leather conditioning, and wheel and tire dressing. Willie runs a top notch program with this business. Aside from the fact that he does a meticulous job and works extremely hard on your vehicle, he is also an extremely honest business man. He put a ceramic coating on my truck that takes a few days to set in, and told me to call him if it rained in the next week to do a touch up free of charge. It was so nice being able to get off work and have my car looking and smelling like it was brand new again (and I didn't even have to break the bank to get it done). I was a little concerned with all the rain going on in Houston that I would pay for a wash just to have it rain later that day, but they offer Rainy Day Insurance in case that happens! I have had bad experiences with auto detailing so I was hopeful with Willie. He communicated well before the appointment and showed up on time. After 2 hours, he said he was finished. I checked their work but I was disappointed that it was not up to my standards or to what the package claims, " showroom fresh package"- It was average, like I just came out of an automatic car wash. My car is just 1.5 years old which means nothing to clean that much but I wanted that showroom appearance. I'm a chick and I've been into cars so I know car detailing and the products to use , and I've detailed my previous car before even without the big machines and yet I can make it like showroom ready but as of now I do not have time to detail my car so yes I will be willing to pay someone whod do a phenomenal job. I pointed out the other stuff I wanted done and he did respectfully comply and apologized which I appreciated. I am not sure if he was preoccupied because he needed to attend to other matters so he was rushing or he was already tired as he came later in the afternoon. Nevertheless, I was NOT "wow"ed like others were in their reviews here. So I agree with one of the reviews here that it is just AVERAGE and like the other reviewer, I prefer supporting family owned businesses,one reason I chose his, I just wished he was consistent in delivering a "wowful" job like what the other reviewers stated. I found the business here on Yelp and contacted them about rates and scheduling. I received a terse message back that said "go to the website to schedule." Fine, I run a small business as well, and know what it's like to be an owner-operator, so I'll forgive the unwelcoming response. I went and scheduled online (which is very convenient) and received a confirmation via email right away. My day and time was for Tuesday at 1:00 PM. I received an e-mail (and subsequently saw that I had missed a phone call and received a voice mail as well) about 11:30am telling me they were running about 2 hours behind and wouldn't be able to get to me until about 2:30 - 3:00 PM. That would run into my other obligations for the day and I told him that wouldn't work, however, my schedule was very flexible the next day. He told me that he was booked and suggested Thursday afternoon. I told him it was supposed to rain that day, but I could also accommodate Friday morning before I left town. He said he was booked on Friday and wasn't able to service me then either. Bottom line is this - I am VERY forgiving of a service business running behind unexpectedly. But when we run behind and leave a customer waiting, we get to them immediately and usually at their convenience, not ours. The professional thing to do would have been to get my job done the following day - I told him I was flexible as to the time. What I walked away with was that I wasn't as important as every other customer that was already scheduled. He was willing to push me off and run late / cancel, but wasn't willing to do the same to anyone else. I think I was more than reasonable offering two other days that week I was willing to be serviced, but his only response was that he was booked up. I'm wondering why someone else didn't get that response when he was running hours late to do my job. After speaking with the owner, it is my educated assumption that he overbooks himself regularly in an effort to maximize his earnings. However, he's doing so at the expense of customer satisfaction. If you are a work from home or retired individual with a completely flexible schedule, it appears from other reviews that he does a great job. For those of us who have other obligations and therefore seek out someone who offers a specific appointment time (or the ability to reasonably re-schedule if things go wrong), this company isn't a good fit. I can't say I recommend them if you're looking for someone reliable and able to keep their appointment commitments. read more

Willie came out and did the impossible. He was able remove some seemingly deep swirls as well as buffer tracks from a previously attempted correction for my Imperial Blue Metallic Camaro SS. I wasn't expecting him to be able to get such great correction in such a short period of time but he made it happen.
