When the food is this good, it can actually be a problem. I e-mailed Full Plate a week before my event, providing a budget and requesting a menu and quote for a party of 50. Shannon responded within 24 hours with suggestions, was very flexible in making some adjustments, and nailed it down a day later.
The food arrived exactly when promised, with a requested courtesy reminder call ten minutes before.
