I checked out google as well as yelp and was fortunate enough to find Mia. She is efficient, effective, quick, and focused. She was puntual and professional. She knew her stuff and even when the job looked impossible she made it possible. I have a door with a really bad peephole job (yes it is possible) and it did not look as if I would be able to install my ring peephole cam, which I really needed. With a couple of pictures I sent her, Mia assessed the situation and was able to get my door patched and had the camera installed in no time. She did an amazing thorough job with both sides of the door. I have a tv mount and it did not look good there for a bit, but Mia was driven and lo and behold she got my tv up! She made sure the TV was safe and secure and gave me pointers as to how to hide the wires. She built a shelf in no time as well as put some pictures up. She made sure the pictures where nice and straight. She has the knowledge and great decorating ideas. She was direct and very fair when it came to her pricing for her services. Got 1 coat of Sherwin Williams paint that was watered down enough to leave drip marks after drying. It was applied unevenly and they needed to return. The 2nd coat was not applied to entire house and they painted the rocks to my house. Although they did clean up their mess when they had 1st come out, they left a mess in the front and back yards the 2nd time, as well as getting paint all over my rose bushes and grass, as they covered nothing up on the 2nd trip. Daniel and his son, John, are quite personable and accommodating, and for all I know one of their painters was having an off week. I still have patches that had been missed completely, but I will do it myself, as I wouldn't need to do if it had been done right the 1st - or 2nd time. Calling a 3rd time for a continued poor job of it would seem to be a learning disability on my part.

I really appreciated this and was excited to hire them again. About a month later, I finally got a new TV center - this time I checked it out for any issues and it was fine. I txted the owner on a Friday, the day I got the new package. He said he'd see about availability for the weekend. I knew this was short notice, so I wouldn't have been bothered if I needed to wait for the following weekend. But he never followed up with me that day. Not a huge deal so I just txted him on Saturday and asked if he had any updates. He completely ignored me. On Sunday, I sent a txt saying I hadn't heard from him.... He finally responded and said he'd see if someone was available. Hours later.... radio silence. I then sent ANOTHER txt that day and he just completely ignored me. Like are you kidding dude???? I could've reached out to another company that weekend if you didn't have availability or didn't want to work with me. Just like you... my time is money. I sat around that weekend waiting for you to tell me if/when your team was coming and clearly that was a waste of my time & energy. Thankful for the great quote, the team's overall professionalism and the assistance I got initially, but leading customers on and then ghosting them is seriously just rude... I'm sure there's a ton of people who have had better experiences. I'm assuming mine is a fluke - bad timing or they're just mad about the first time they sent a team and didn't get to do any work.
