After going through all the positive reviews from their previous clients she figured we'd go with this one which would solve our room flooding during the heavy rain last year. She made a call to the company and had some discussion with customer service Representative they were very courteous and knowledgeable. After meeting with him to hear the assessment of the flooding situation he recommended waterproofing the two walls and foundation as shown in the photos on their website, installing a French drain, a sump with a submersible pump they are usually very busy with big projects but they were very gracious to squeeze our need of repairs in between their heavy schedule. Sure enough the project was completed very smoothly within the proposed time with their four members team lead by the field supervisor. They was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. My sister truly appreciated working with him and he saw how he managed his crew who showed up early everyday from start to finish. After the waterproofing task was finished he performed the testing of the sump pump successfully. Also the team reinstalled the pavers which turned out better than the original.
