I thought I was too late (4 days until event) for ordering corsages! On Apple Maps, I found this place. It had a 5-star rating on Yelp, so I hoped it wasn't too late for this place. I e-mailed the florist to inquire about pre-ordering. She called me. I was in luck, I wasn't too late! She told me when I could pick up and how much it would cost. This is what I wrote to the Palette regarding my experience. As you know, my bouquet had dead/wilting flowers (see attached photo) and the ribbon was soaked in the water that we had to dry with rags so it didn't ruin my satin dress. As you indicted in the email earlier, it is possible that specific flowers in my bridal bouquet should have been in a controlled climate, if this is correct, communication should have occurred between your staff and Revere. It is obvious that this communication did not occur which was another error on you/your staff's part, and not how you attempted to place the blame on Revere in your previous email. My bridesmaid bouquets were definitely not 10 inches, maybe 6-8 inches at best with only 6 flowers. I am very thankful that Jacquelyn and Clayton were able to go to the store to purchase additional flowers help fix and rearrange the bouquets, the way they should have been done in the first place. They removed the wilted flowers from my bouquet and added white roses to replace them (that is the only thing Clayton could find at the grocery store). Additionally, they added more white roses to my bridesmaid bouquets so they were full and were the right size. After our several in-depth emails, hour long in-person meeting, and additional money that was spent, I would not have expected to receive product like this. Due to all of this mess, my ceremony began 20 minutes late and had my guests and bridal party waiting. Additionally, we paid the photographers ($200.00) and videographers ($350.00) to arrive early so they could capture the first look and additional photos, this wasted a lot of money because we were running late due to the flower arrangements. All of this resulted in cutting into cocktail hour, which we paid additional money for our guests to have open bar ($5.00 per person) resulting in more wasted money... I was VERY disappointed with the flowers for the reception; white hydrangea and one red rose was nothing close to what I had asked for, nor was it described that way in the receipt (heavier on the burgundy colors). I told you via email and in-person that my colors were navy, burgundy, cream, and dusty rose. I received none of those colors in my three small round floral arrangements for the reception tables. I also included photos via email before hand to let you know what I expected. If what I wanted was more money, then that should have been explained before hand at our meeting. After you sent staff back to supposedly "fix them", it only had one snap dragon added with some pink petals around the table, still none of these were the correct colors. I have attached before and after photos for you to see. I thought it was very important for you to understand from my perspective how this impacted me personally. I would not say it ruined my day because marriage is much more than just flowers, however; it had a very negative impact on my day overall and will be something that I remember forever. As a business in the wedding industry, there is no room for error. The Palette should be ashamed of the product that was presented, the lack of communication, and errors that occurred. read more

She has been one of my favorite vendors to work with I went from the bride who really didnt care about flowers to the OMG FLOWERS EVERYWHERE and she has dealt with both personalities flawlessly. I think I changed my flower choices about 3x's and she was so extremely patient. She also does a great job with recommendations. I cannot stand when you ask for a vendor's recommendation and they reply with "its your preference". That is not Pam's style. She really lets her expertise guide things. When I initially picked my venue, the Palette was listed as the floral vendor. I looked at the reviews on Yelp and was very excited about her work. However, upon receiving my information, I saw that another vendor was recommended. Apparently, the venue offered another option because the Palette didn't have a physical location (their words). Since I lived long distance, a physical location didn't really matter to me. I wasn't really excited about the alternative, so I called Pam directly and confirmed that I could still use her as my vendor. Using the Palette was one of the best decisions I made! She was very communicative about my flower options and helped me stay within my budget by providing beautiful alternatives to the champagne dreams that I had dancing in my head. The day before the wedding, I received a call from Pam letting me know that the tulips we had agreed upon did not meet her standards when they arrived. She informed me that she was upgrading my flower to peonies, free of charge, and wanted to make sure that her decision met my approval. Since this was the flower I originally wanted, I jumped at that option! When I arrived at my venue, I was blown away by how beautiful all of the flowers were! Both my bouquet and my maid of honor's were gorgeous. They were pink and white and incredibly full and lush looking. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. My mother and mother in law received equally beautiful corsages. The archway flowers were also lovely and later decorated my wedding table. Even our bouquets were put to use and were placed in vases on each side of the table! The table centerpieces were so lovely that several guests asked to take them home. Her prices are reasonable and her flowers are gorgeous. I knew that I wanted all red bouquets but not just roses. I wanted texture to them. So we talked about the possibility of Dahlias and Rununculas and Tulips. What we ended up with were beautiful bouquets of Dahlias, standard Red Roses and some kind of english garden red rose. They were full and vibrant and exactly what I hoped they'd be. Pam dropped them off herself, refused a tip, and then sent ME a card after the wedding. This is a top notch vendor. Pam made BEAUTIFUL bouquets for my May 2010 wedding. They were perfect for my vision and the setting (Valley of Fire State Park, an hour's drive outside of Vegas). My sister, a professional event planner who has interned with wedding planners, commented that the flowers were the nicest wedding flowers she'd ever seen, mainly because they were so perfect for the setting and "not like every other wedding bouquet." I had found Pam's website through the wedding planning website I was using and loved the gallery, so I contacted her with my color palette, and she came up with a gorgeous selection of flowers: orange roses, pink Asiatic lilies, purple dendrobium orchids, yellow snapdragons, bird of paradise, and pink calla lilies in the bridal bouquet only. I had requested bird of paradise because it has sentimental meaning for me; when I realized that the bird of paradise I'd seen as a child was the kind used in landscaping rather than traditional floral arrangements, I contacted Pam and she made every effort to find it. Unfortunately, the landscaping version blooms from August to October, so it wasn't possible to use it for our May wedding--but as it turned out, the hardier floral arrangement bird of paradise was a much better choice anyway for the strong winds we experienced during the ceremony. It also worked better with my colors, since it has orange AND purple bits. We paid $~325 for my bouquet, a MOH bouquet, and two BM bouquets, including tax (HIGH in Clark County) and delivery to our hotel on the Strip (we were driving out to Valley of Fire). Pam gave us very careful instructions about how to preserve the bouquets on the way there; I'm glad she wasn't actually at the ceremony to see that wind, which gusted up to 50mph. The bouquets stood up AMAZINGLY, however. The snapdragons were a little wilted by the end of the night, and I lost a few Asiatic lily petals, but the bouquet still looked great in all the photos, and I'm not kidding about those winds. Everyone was astonished that the flowers held up so incredibly well. Pam does great work--I highly recommend her. She is especially good for people planning from afar: very responsive, organized, and dedicated to putting together something that fits your vision. read more
