Ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday since I live out of state. I always try to find a local florist that isn't through the massive online flower websites that don't care and deliver garbage bouquets. I have had too many bad experiences with those websites. I decided on Michelle's since one location was close to where my aunt lives. I had never ordered a designer's choice bouquet before but the pricing was reasonable. Days of good customer service are gone. Flowers were paid to be delivered. Missed delivery driver by 5 minutes, they took the flowers back and we had to go and pick up wilted flowers, when we asked them to reverse delivery fees they refused. I called and ordered an arrangement for my sister last week. Being out of town and finding a local store can be difficult sometimes but I called and they were able to deliver same day. Personally, I don't feel what she received matches the online example. The lady on the phone said the standard would be what is pictured, but I think what she received has fewer roses than the standard. None the less we've always stayed loyal but boy was I disappointed today. I ordered a standby spray for my best friends mom's service. I recently had the opportunity to order a corsage and boutonniere from Flowers by Michelle for my son's Homecoming, and regrettably, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. From the beginning, I was excited to see what the florals would look like, but I ended up feeling very underwhelmed by the final product. Firstly, the quality of the flowers wasn't what I expected for the price. The corsage seemed to lack the vibrancy and fullness I had envisoned (I ordered the corsage / boutonniere from a photo off their website). The flowers were definitely smaller than what appeared in the photo off their website. The representative offered to add more flowers but it wouldn't matter because the flowers were so small. The presentation was below standard. I am hoping that the corsage holds up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Flowers by Michelle for those seeking quliaty floral accessories for specical occasions. It's just very dissappointing since this is my son's senior year. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to go ahead with the corsage, as we had already paid for it, and with homecoming photos scheduled in a couple of hours, we had to make do with what we had. read more

I had an incredible experience with Michelle and her team. I came in asking if she could make a bouquet that would match a notebook I'm giving to my friend as a gift. She enthusiastically said yes and asked me a few questions to help with the design process (like what kind of flowers my friend liked, how closely we wanted to match the notebook design, etc.).
