When I got the quote, he walked around my house with me and told me exactly what I would be needing, the best way to divert/drain the water from my roof, and some general ins/outs of gutters that I wasn't aware of. I felt like i got the most professional and in depth quote from ECG, which is why I went with them instead of the competition. The gutters themselves look great - the seams are clean and most importantly they don't scream "Look at my gutters" when you look at my house. My place is brand new so it was important to me to get something that functions as good as it looks. The install is clean and everything was done in a timely manner. Time will tell how they hold up, but so far I am extremely glad that I gave ECG a chance, despite some of the old less-than-favorable Yelp reviews. We all know that more people sign up for Yelp to write one stars than they do to write a positive review, so hopefully my account and post history show that I'm giving an honest review here.
