They did a good job. I did have part fail and they promised to handle it at no charge.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. I first called them when my irrigation wasn't working. I had two separate landscape companies do my front and back yard (I have a larger lot size). Worked fine for a few months, then didn't. Called a different company and he was quoting me like $3000 and said all the pump work had to be redone and wasn't done correctly by the landscaping company, who is a very reputable firm. Robert came out and asked my issues and fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable price. He didn't call the other company a liar (I would), but kind of rolled his eyes at what the other company said to me. I've had Robert come out a few more times since and last visit was Ryan, who was also great. I refer them to anyone that needs irrigation work. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! No stars - they advertise free estimate, this is false. We just were charged $50.00 for "Vehicle & equipment transport cost to job site". This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The individual who showed up had no idea what needed to be accomplished (even though all the items were listed in the form/questionnaire I filled out). Once at my house they started arguing with us, and since the individual did not speak English well, he face timed his boss. At this point, we just asked him to leave, as he did not want to listen or try to understand what the issue was. This is after I originally scheduled an appointment back in early March and was not contacted after reaching out. I hope that no one else has to deal with the horrible customer service or hidden fees associated with this business. Very disappointed. read more

I have hired Michael to do several jobs on our irrigation system, from replacing the controller to renovating our emitters to fixing a broken solenoid valve. My experience was that he does a great job on the larger projects, but struggled recently with the fix to the broken valve. To be fair, he was having some health problems and had a tech do all the work. It took the tech 3-4 attempts to fix the problem, and he would disappear for several days without informing us of where he left off. Their prices are reasonable and Michael is very knowledgeable on drip system technology. read more

A Green Star Landscape is the best irrigation company I have worked with and I've been on our HOA BOD for over 10 years and my brother manages an international irrigation supply company call center. I've done drip myself for nearly 15 years. Owner Micheal has a horticulture degree from UofA. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and was a problem solver for not only our leaky HOA system but how to do repairs in stages to be economical. Manny, our tech, was a joy to work with. Constantly smiling and laughing with yelps of joy when his troubleshooting and valve adjustments solved the issue at hand. Manny installed 7 new valves, 3 ball valves and a master valve for our HOA common space. He worked diligently for over a week and now we not only have no leaks but incase we do spring a leak going forward the master valve he installed is only open for 3 hours so any leak can only waste water 3 hours per day instead of 24 hours. This was brilliant and works like a charm. Further he installed 3 ball valves at each valve box to be able to shut off water to those specific valves. Thus allowing for easy troubleshooting if we have a leak in the future. Both owner Micheal and lead irrigation specialist Manny are some of the highest integrity, friendly, personal and skilled in their field. Look no further. I am really impressed with my recent experience with this company. I placed my initial phone call to request information and a quote for some work at my large estate. The receptionist was very pleasant, informative and friendly. She got all of my information, relayed that to.owner Michael. Michael called me, listened, agreed to come take a look. After a very thorough diagnosis - they spent almost 2 weeks doing work at my house. The work was done very professionally, by licensed contractors and employees. All work was verified with me, and they came to.check on grass a few times to look for dry spots afterwards. Overall I couldn't have been more impressed. Green Star employees are obviously knowledgeable and experienced in working with complicated irrigation systems. He promptly scheduled us for a complete evaluation of what went wrong, etc. since our initial meeting, he has installed an entirely new irrigation system that definitely was in order. We are very impressed with his professionalism, prompt service, and the quality of his work. We asked that he return to our property to reassess a different irrigation concern and he was out the same day. It seems that it is more more difficult to obtain reliable, quality service for a reasonable price. On my list of highly regarded Landscapers, I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation if I would have called Michael Cummins, sooner! Some quotes were outrageous! Thank you! Just moved in and the drip system had been shut off since the previous owners left. We got it running, and it wouldn't stop. Couldn't even find where the valves were buried.
