Well, I have been grooming my boys, Benji and Ollie, (Shih Tzu's) since my groomer stopped services since she was having a baby. But we are having guests visit and my husband insisted we get them professionally groomed just in case they wiggled and i gave them some visible gashes. So this grooming facility is right next to the barber my husband uses so I gave them a call as I needed to schedule something this week. Grace scheduled me an appointment. As usual, the boys were a nervous wreck and they knew i was up to no good as soon as I took them in the car without my husband. I struggled to get them to go into the facility but after losing their poopoo i got them in the door. The staff immediately removed a couple of dogs in sight and cleaned up their poopoo. (My husband had told them that the boys didn't like other dogs) I wasn't too excited about the fact that I was told they may be about 4-6 hours as they just take the grooming process easy. I filled out my paperwork and left. They ended up being there 6 hours but when I came to pick them up, they not only were groomed perfectly, but they didn't jump all over me like, "Please get me out of this place.". Usually when I take them to a groomer, they are begging me to pick them up and get them out while I am trying to pay. They were both glad to see me but didn't seem anxious at all. Amazing. So we were extremely happy with the experience and this will be their grooming stop when I just need nails or decide I need the day off for a professional groom or my hubby decides he wants to see a "professional look.". Became a client as a referral from a neighbor and we couldn't be happier! There are three grooming options at the closest intersection to our house, but we make the trip to A Groomin Tyme. Lili and Diggy (Bernese Mountain Dogs between 110-120 lbs each) come back to us smelling and looking great after each groom. They spend at least 6 hrs there to enjoy their "spa day" every two months. They are excited to go and visit Grace and her team. Pick up/drop off is ok at the back entrance. Very experienced and capable staff who are known for grooming dogs with a history of challenging behavior and/or trauma. Check them out! read more

I wish I took after pics! This place is cozied behind the discount tire and gave me a homey vibe about the place. I love to support local business so it felt good to go somewhere local rather than petco, petsmart, or other big business. The price was extremely reasonable & they gave my dog a free cute bandana and a key chain ! They let him be his wild free self! I love that. I have a big boxer and he is a happy "wiggle butt" as they called it haha. He thinks he's a toy dog/ lap dog. They were very patient with him and took their sweet time. I love that my boy was pampered for hours and got to be around other dogs at the spa as I call it. The finished product was also very impressive ESPECIALLY for the price. 60 bucks gets my big ol dog a deshed a bath a comb anal stuff ears his rough elbows even looked smother. Grace is very knowledgeable and accommodating for my 4 little old Peakingese. She always goes out of her way to get them in even at the last minute. I was out of town and one of my dogs got sick and the pet sitter did not want to bother with his issue. Grace said to bring them in and she would take care of him and I could pay her when we return to town. She has and will always have our dogs now and in the future as clients. read more

I took my puppy Mocha for her first puppy cut today. I was a nervous nelly about leaving her, let alone picturing her going through the washing, drying, clipping...etc. Buy seeing that my older dog Abby had been there before for nail trimmings I knew they were professionals. They were so sweet, reassuring, and called me when Mocha was done. Turned out she had a blast!! She looks great, her nails are shortened and she even played with her first cat!
