Love how they cut my teacup Pomeranians hair! I ask for a teddy bear cut not a lot of groomers know how to do this cut. The last groomer cut her hair but it looked really choppy like a staircase on her back. And they always fail to cut the hair around her ears. I got tired of them and switched to C&J grooming. My other Pomeranian looks cute as well. They are both happy and clean when I pick them up. read more

Booked an appointment online for my cat Luna, me and my gf thought we were all set. However when we got there, we were informed the groomer does not do cats anymore. We got text confirmation and sent cat vaccination forms online so I thought they knew Luna was a cat. The groomer stated she didn't have anyone able to hold Luna down since her other co worker is allergic to cats. It was just very unprofessional as a business to not inform us ahead of time even given documentation that our pet is a cat. Also website is outdated and needs to be updated since they do cat grooming and services on google and their website. read more

Booked an appointment with them online and put in accurate information regarding my pet. I even put my vaccination records stating and it's stated on the records that she's a cat. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and came in just for the groomer to deny me. Her reason was because she said she doesn't do cats anymore and she didn't know my pet was cat. She also said her other groomers can't take her because they're allergic? SOUNDS LIKE A LIE TO ME. If she doesn't do cats anymore why is it listed as a service on Google and her website still? It gives you the option if my pet is a cat or dog. The groomer CARRIE also had all the time to call me and ask me to confirm what type of pet I had. I think her denying me was racially motivated because it doesn't make sense for her to deny me on the spot rather than calling me beforehand? Ridiculous! read more

First time visit for Ember on Saturday 9/9/2023. We drove from Mesa for Carrie's grooming services because of all of the outstanding reviews of how amazing C & J Grooming is and let me tell you, we were not disappointed!! I arrived a few minutes early with Ember, who's a bit of a restless girl in new places. After a small chat with Cartie, she said it'll be about an hour and I'll just wait for you to go so I don't have to make her leave you... what a wonderful concept!!! I received a text 10 minutes before and again when she was ready. I arrived to see Ember contently secured at the mounted to the wall leash holder. She looked (and smelled AMAZING!) and was just waiting like a good girl. NOT at all like the Nervous Nellie she was when I dropped her off. This was Ember's very first time being groomed by someone and Carrie said she did great, and that this was the first time that she's ever had a dog love on her the entire time she was bathing and grooming her!! We're smitten!! We will always only come to Carrie for our dogs and you should too!!! read more

We love taking our dog to this place! We drive 30 minutes just to come to this grooming place and it's not only affordable but they do a great job with trimming nails and bathing! Every time I come pick my pup up she smells amazing and has a super cute bandana. She's always happy to go get groomed and leaves with her tail wagging. I highly suggest bringing your dog here! I'm a couple weeks late on my review but I really wanted to take the time to write out how awesome this place is. I take my 3 fur babies here. My two girls only get baths, nails, & glands but my boy gets a cut and the other services mentioned. The first time I took them, they put these cut little bandanas on them, & this last time I took them the groomer noticed an issue our boy has been having trouble with for quite some time now. He's obsessed with drinking water, she recognized what it was right away. & she suggested a supplement for his food, & even went so far as to give us a sample pack! How kind & caring.
