I stood there waiting and mentioned I hadn't received it yet because I wanted to secure the appointment. Her response was, "Yeah, I'm doing it right now, you'll get it," but the tone came across very condescending and dismissive. I went home expecting the link shortly after, and now over 24 hours later, I still never received anything. Thankfully, I had a backup salon and was able to book elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed my previous visits and had spoken highly of this place before, but customer service and communication really matter.
