Honestly I am so over going to this salon I have gone to this salon three times. And yesterday is the last time I step foot in there I had specifically told the lady I did not want my hair short and I told her shoulder length was fine when I had looked in the mirror my hair was already over my shoulder and I started bawling my eyes out if I could give zero stars I would. A big no to this salon!!!! I've gotten my hair cut short before and let me tell you, the lady with the blonde curly hair messed me up. The sides are uneven (left is shorter than the right) and she rough chopped the bottom part. I've gotten my hair cut short and I was still able to put my hair in a small ponytail but I can't do that now because it's so uneven. There is no way I will be able to get it fixed. read more

No no no no no. I came here for my eyebrows. I told the girl "limpieza y trim" in Spanish she left me like a chola from the 80's... maybe she didn't understand trim. What ever it was she did not ask me any questions or anything left wax on my face and tiny hairs around my eyes. Very dirty and unprofessional. Never again!!!! What can I say about this salon what a disappointment . I went in to do my roots of my hair blonde and they messed up my hair bleached my hair twice the first one for almost two hours I felt my head burning . When she washed my hair she wet all my back ‍ I went in to relax and come out looking good but no I came out with tears in my eyes and so disappointed in my hair .. I'm so mad I asked for my money back or to fix it but she said they would try to fix it but charged me 20 dollars more smh ! And she couldn't even dry my hair at the end because they charge for that to unbelievable I came in with my hair dry I want to leave with my hair dry to !!! I've been going here for about 7 years and every time I go it's a great experience. I've gotten haircuts and my hair dyed and I've always been pleased with the outcome! Eliza has always helped me when dying my hair, so she is the girl to go to. She always listens to what you want and will have suggestions for you, but will always keep in mind your vision, which I love! Also, there is a nail booth inside the salon, which does nails. This beauty salon has everything you need. I usually get my nails done here. They make you feel comfortable when you walk in. All the workers are friendly and they dont mind answering any questions that you might have. The people that do the nails are amazing. Is very relaxing getting your nails done here. They aren't very expensive either so when i dont have so much money i come here. I really recommend this place. I also got my hair done here ones for my cousin 15 and they did it very well. Curles usually dont stay in my hair but when i got the here they stayed all night long. read more

This seems like a good salon first time coming here I paid 35 for haircut and blow dry they don't include the shampoo with a blow dry ... the stylist I got was a chubby lady with blonde hair I didn't get her name she was really nice made me feel comfortable I wanted a blow dry with volume obviously that's what I paid for well she blowed dried my hair no volume then used a curling iron to curl my tips not what I wanted I wanted a blow dry to show off my new cut the curls on my tips looked ugly but the hair cut was okay ... I'll be going back but with the other stylist because all their clients were looking good ! Oh and another thing she took like 5-6 minutes on the cut disappointing read more

I only come here for the nail place inside this salon. The lady Vivian is amazing. Although she only accepts cash she does an amazing job with doing any type of nails. Glad to know she's still there and never moved to the location near it which is k&k which charges so much for bad nails not only that they hurt you. First started going to Patty's when I lived in Pacoima, and I still go there living in Canoga Park now, cause the service is the best. I hate this place. For my first time they did such an awful job. I loved my hair before I even stepped foot to this Salon. All I wanted was to get my roots done, i had like a caramel color hair with blonde highlights. When the lady was done my hair was extremely blonde the roots were orange. I was extremely upset.
