Elle, my current nail technician, is wonderful. She is kind, professional, gracious, and genuinely invested in giving her clients a positive experience. Unfortunately, the atmosphere created by the salon's owners frequently overshadows the quality of her work. During my most recent visit, a member of the owner's family yelled across the salon to ask how I would be paying. When I calmly explained that I did not appreciate being addressed across the room and found it unprofessional, she responded, "You're just so sensitive." I later attempted to give her a respectfully written note explaining that I did not want an argument and simply wanted to have a pleasant experience when receiving services. She repeatedly said, "Nope, I don't want to read your note," and walked away. This was not an isolated misunderstanding. It was the final incident in a pattern of dismissive and discourteous interactions I have experienced from members of the family operating the salon. Clients should be able to raise a reasonable concern without being embarrassed publicly, personally insulted, or denied even the basic courtesy of being heard. After years of patronage, I have decided that neither my relatives nor I will return. I deeply regret leaving Elle, whose service I would rate five stars, but excellent technical work cannot compensate for an environment in which customers are treated disrespectfully. A salon experience should include both quality service and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at Emil's.

I've been dyeing my hair for over 20 years, and my first experience at this salon with the talented stylist Rosi was absolutely fantastic. Usually, I experience scalp burning and itching with my color treatments, but this time, I felt completely comfortable--no itch, no discomfort. And to top it off, Rosi absolutely killed it with my hair! The color is so vibrant and exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is spotless and beautifully designed with an open, airy feel. Parking is a breeze thanks to the large lot, which makes the entire experience even more convenient. Plus, there are plenty of adorable shops nearby, including a bomb boba spot that I highly recommend. I've been going to Beauty de Rose for many years, and it truly is a one-stop shop for all my beauty needs! Anna does an incredible job with my eyebrows, always making them look perfect. Shushan takes care of my nails with such attention to detail, and I always leave feeling fabulous. Jenny is my go-to for makeup, and she knows exactly how to enhance my features beautifully. I've also had my hair done by nearly every stylist there, and I have to say, Rose and Lilit are my favorites for blowouts and styling. I am super excited for the new salon in my neighborhood. The best part is that it's a one stop shop. I got my hair done, my make up and nails done all at the same time same place. Incredible service and very professional makeup and hairstyling! We decided to go with Beauty de Rose for my brothers wedding and we are so glad we did. Anna did my makeup and Mel did my hair, and Gizana did my moms makeup and Vard did my moms hair. Our hair and makeup lasted the whole day. Hair stylist Madonna - great customer service and very helpful with my color suggestions. The rest of the staff were also very nice and inviting. The salon has made some upgrades from the last time I was there and it's looking really nice! More upgrades to come and I'm really looking forward to it. I recommend this salon. About 20 minutes in, I started noticing that she wasn't doing anything close to the balayage technique I've had done many times before. Everything was going way too fast, so I mentioned my concern. Long story short, I ended up with highlights, not a balayage. The service itself was also extremely messy. She got product on my jeans and even managed to get dye inside my ear. What upset me even more was that the bleach was left on my hair for way too long, which ended up damaging my hair and causing breakage. So not only did I leave without the balayage I asked for, I left with damaged hair. I spoke with Andrew afterward and explained how disappointed I was. He told me to call back if I wanted them to fix it. I did exactly that and left a message. I was told he would call me back, but I never heard from him. Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. If you're going here for a balayage, I would seriously reconsider. There is a big difference between balayage and highlights, and unfortunately, that difference didn't seem to be understood here. Now I'm left dealing with damaged, broken hair on top of paying for a service I didn't ask for. I definitely won't be returning.
