Horrible service ! I went her for make up and hair and left looking like a clown. The girl Gizana was very sweet but knew nothing about cool tones and coloring. As a makeup artist you should know this. I told her I don't do matte or powder because I have dry skin. She put nothing but matte on my face. I made an appointment for 2 and was suppose to be done by 4:15. The hair girl was late and we were waiting on her. So I told her I would like to cancel it was now 4:55. I wasn't going to pay $100 for just curls and a bad attitude. She had the audacity to tell me she wish she would have known before driving over. I wish I would have known she was going to be late. The girl that did my hair was rude, seemed mad to be at work, didn't do my hair even close to the picture I showed her. I was in a bind recently trying to get my daughters trims and Lilit at the salon was kind enough in taking my teens and giving them great cuts. Then last weekend, my teenager had her nails done by Tina, who is short of a miracle worker. My daughter's nails have never looked so flawless. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, engaging, extremely clean, and inviting. Rose has created a beautiful environment for her clients. The salon offers a full-service menu and every stylist and technician is on point. While waiting to be seated on more than one occasion, I observed all the staff working so diligently for their clients. As a working mom, time is of the utmost importance to be, so I truly appreciate their responsiveness, and diligence in keeping appointments. Beauty De Rose offers exceptional experience within all of their employees. Shushan, my now new manicurist has such a gentle touch. I've always kept my nails manicured and pretty but with Shushan and the other manicurist, Tina, I witnessed very small but very big differences that I haven't seen with other manicurists. For one, she would flip my hand upside down to form the elegant apex of my nails, I'm not sure if this is what you're supposed to do but it sure was exciting. Another thing is how often she would clean her nail instruments after every swipe. I even saw her open a new set of instruments for the client after me. I was very impressed by this small but needed detail which is one of the main reasons she is my new manicurist. This is the best shape my nails have been, ever. My nail beds practically doubled in size and I can't find a single bit of cuticle left. An exceptional job. My mom, a client of Tina, also believes she has a gentle touch and also agrees that her nails have never been this pretty. Beautiful. A few days later, I was a model for makeup and hair. I learned new things from the makeup artist, Jenny, that have made long term, noticeable changes on the makeup I do at home. Mel, the hairstylist, curled my thin, not-curl-holding hair so good that it actually stayed the whole day, the next day, and then the next after that. It was beautiful. After everything, I informed both that my brother would be mad if he saw me all done up and he told me he'd be home very soon, which made me very anxious for him to see me. They both quickly took their pictures of me and right when I was about to leave the salon to walk home, Jenny so graciously offered to drive me home to avoid me getting in trouble. They did a decent job but it was absolutely overpriced. Make sure to ask about pricing prior to getting your cut. I also requested no blow dry or styling and they did it anyway. Well a partial blow dry, not really styling but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for the ridiculous charge. It was about $100 for a basic trim. I would not recommend this place as it is way too expensive. They also don't give you a receipt, they'll make an excuse about texting it to you but you'll never receive anything. read more
