Moe was responsive, polite and professional and assured me a staff member would be over soon to take care of it. He sent Joe, who just like Moe was polite, professional and on the ball! Joe worked quickly and efficiently and was clearly very experienced. We have even used them again since to install our television and a new receptacle in the new house. We really appreciate their friendly demeanor and great work ethic and recommend this company for any handy work you may have in your home!

Rach was very responsive and was able to come to my house the next day to repair a door and door knob. He kept in touch throughout the process. He shows up on time, brings all necessary tools and materials, does the actual job he's supposed to do, communicates details, charges what he said he would charge and cleans up without a mess left behind. Then needed to add ceiling fan installation and asked for help with a blinds track and mount. Now with reading the reviews I saw that Corey's where all 5 star and I have to say they where well deserved!!! Now the only issue is he is extremely busy with all types of projects from building bathrooms to professionally mounting TV's. He also took the time to show us how things worked and set up our new TV, ceiling fan and most importantly he adapted when our blinds where to long. It should've been done with special brackets, but he just spackled the wall and got spackle all over the place. He never bothered to remove and put in the towel rack. Once installed, it was very shaky. The handyman himself was kind of a slob and didn't seem to know what he was doing. It's priceless to find a reliable handyman and not have to contact these services, and when you call you should ask if it's a service if it is, I would stay away.

When we had questions leading up to moving day, their administrator Brana was quick and kind with her responses. On the day of moving us out Denis stayed in touch about their arrival time. Thankfully traffic helped us out (although I know it must have been difficult for Denis and his colleague Marat). We thought we were so ready to move and found out the morning of that I had missed several kitchen drawers and cabinets during a recent illness. Denis was so kind and patient, providing us with extra boxes and wrapping paper to keep our valuables safe during transit. These were all contractor's engaged by Wendy that she was responsible for overseeing. But the worst was the $15,000 wall unit that was built in my bedroom where I stressed the importance of my desk area. There was not a single outlet available on that wall to plug in anything so they had to chop up the wall unit so that I could plug in my computer. Wendy was nowhere to be found. While she responded to my emails and texts, she never came back over to the apartment once I arrived to assist in getting any of this resolved. In addition, she attempted to bill me for hours spent looking at furniture before consulting with me. Her "design product" consisted of a bunch of screenshots from Perigold. I immediately fired her and took over the work-- i don't believe Wendy is professionally trained at any level Certainly her care about her clients is lacking. Felt like she would just get away with whatever she could.
