She handed me my bill for the $48.00 I was quoted plus a $20 tip. I told her I thought that was rather excessive and also tips are earned not guaranteed. Had I been dressed I would have left but instead I offered her a $10 tip. She told me that $15 was the minimal on tips. Reluctantly I agreed and proceeded with the massage which was alright but nothing to write home about. I have never gone back. There is many parlors in Lubbock that are nicer with great massages for the prices these people try to extort from people.

The monthly plan is expensive for what you actually receive, and their billing practices have been unacceptable in my case. Last month alone, they charged my debit card five separate times to collect their fees all at once. After paying well over $250, I had only been seen twice. To make matters worse, when I went in for my appointment today, the receptionist immediately told me I still owed a balance. There was no effort to understand what had happened with the multiple charges or to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with a smug, dismissive attitude that made it clear customer service wasn't a priority. At that point, I told them to cancel every plan associated with my account. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars, I expect transparent billing, respectful treatment, and employees who are interested in helping customers rather than making them feel like they're the problem. There are too many chiropractors who value their patients to continue doing business with a company that operates this way. I won't be returning, and I encourage anyone considering a membership to read the fine print and understand exactly what they're signing up for before handing over their debit card.
