I came to him with neck, back, and psiatic pain, but he insisted on pressing his body weight down on a broken rib with a hematoma. He said it was a twisted rib and that it's happened to him before. I've told him before I have broken ribs, yet he still insisted on unwittingly exacerbating this injury I got the day prior. My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the appointment booking email. I only ever mentioned the injury for him to avoid it, not for him to push his entire body weight on it and misdiagnose my injury. And on top of that, they don't even have the decency to return my calls and messages, even after asking for a refund ten days ago.
