It used to be really good but lately I don't know if it's because I ordered through doordash and they don't see my face. But when you spend $60 on dinner, you would hope that they didn't overcook. Your shrimp and undercook your vegetables. But that's the way it happened and when I called to let them know they said they would pass me to the manager and then hung up on me. As far as Chinese food goes I enjoyed my meal that I ordered for take away. The portions were quality and reasonable. I had. seafood dish and usually the imitation crab is gross but whatever sauce they used was quite good and surprisingly not salty. The vegetables were fresh and to be honest, I liked them almost more than the seafood. We received our food fairly quickly so they work fast but flavor and care was not compromised. Wait time was about 40mins for walk in ordering. They were very busy like they always are, there is no seating inside anymore they only do take out now and you can order either over the phone, website, or go in the store. A no frills Chinese place that delivers consistently good food! The yum yum sauce is delicious we buy it by the cup to have at home- lo mein is fantastic and i usually get the chicken and broccoli combos with fried rice it is so good! My only complaint is the egg drop lacks in flavor compared to other restaurants. But this is the only place I buy from in Petersburg/ S. Prince George. It's is not much to look at and I don't care about that they do not have exceptionally friendly service- they are nice enough- never rude (but that's every Chinese place IMO) but the food keeps me coming back. read more

I am shocked at how good this was! Most places closed for Labor Day or on Mondays, so gave them a shot. A ton of food for reasonable prices. Not sure what happened this last time I went here however, the hibachi portion of the restaurant was poorly executed. The guy came out super late, he was dropping things everywhere and then he burned the food. I normally come here for the sushi and it's pretty good. I'm really not sure what happened but I'll probably never come back to the hibachi. The cook put a few of the stakes in the "Gutter" and at some point we lost track of the stake. I'm 100% sure it was lost in that little drain and tossed back into pile...lost track but definitely over 10second rule. He left the dirty towel on the grill for the majority of his cooking and often used it to move the rust around. This was a nightmare! All three families that were at the table got up and walked out. All I can say is that this was the best thing Chinese that I have ever eaten!!! These photos do not do justice! (30 minute pick up) I ordered the Hibachi Seafood (squid, shrimp, & crab meat) It has broccoli, chopped onion, chopped zucchini, and chopped carrots in it as well. Comes with lo mein on the side (pretty good portion since I didn't finish it all) Also got the Crab ragoons which were pretty good. The first thing I noticed when I entered the parking lot around noon was that there appeared to be no other patron cars in the lot. The second thing I noticed was when I walked into the store was a very overpowering stench. It smelled like the chemicals used in a port-a-potty. Not the human waste, mind you, just the chemicals. But the place was dead on the inside. The Asian girl behind the counter was pleasant, but not gregarious. And once I ordered and paid, I sat at a table; she brought my food a few minutes later. Both the egg roll and pork fried rice were very good, and the egg roll was larger than most. The Asian girl gave me a clam shell to take home the rest of my fried rice. The price was reasonable. If they can rectify that stench, I would probably return. As it is, I wouldn't want to put up with it again. read more

Really good. Parking lot is empty a lot so the assumption is the food isn't that good. On the contrary, perhaps their fast service is responsible for the empty parking lot. I ordered the chicken shrimp and steak hibachi and the teriyaki chicken hibachi. They were BOTH wonderful!!! I got extra yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce on the side. I definitely want to go back. This place is my local favorite for Chinese food!! I have been here a number of times and am always impressed by the quality of food and how short the wait time is for said food! While waiting for pick up, I can hear the chefs cooking in woks and other pots and pans. I've never heard the microwave! This place is awful. The restaurant smells weird, the lighting is poor, and the service is subpar. Not only does the restaurant lack an official website, (the outsourced site has a random menu that's supposed to be theirs, but the prices are way off), but they set their own rules. One night they stopped delivering because their delivery driver called off. Who does that? And the second time I called they magically decided that they weren't going to do deliveries after 9:30pm although the place closes at 10:30pm and it was a .2 mile radius delivery. The one time I did have the misfortune of experiencing the place in person it was dreadful. Do not eat here. You can obtain better service and a much better quality experience elsewhere. read more

This is the worst hibachi I've ever had. Passing through VA on our way home from Myrtle Beach we stopped here for a quick bite-- should have known that it wouldn't be very good by the fact that the place was empty. As soon as we entered the door we were hit with this nasty stench of some type of pool chemicals... even the kids complained about it and they're not usually phased by much! The steak hibachi was definitely not steak but some type of unrecognizable meat. The chicken was ok but had NO flavor. It all tasted bad and/or bland. Couldn't get out of here fast enough.
