As I was walking out with my kids, I told the manager that this was a really bad experience and he responded telling me to "SHUT UP!" When I tried to explain our concerns and mentioned I work in healthcare, he put his hand in my face and said, "Healthcare workers suck!" Disgusting, disrespectful, and childish behavior from a MANAGER. We only had the soup and salad before leaving, and neither was memorable. The service, management, and complete lack of professionalism were far worse than the food. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a restaurant. Based on our experience, I would NEVER recommend Kyoto. Management needs to be replaced or completely retrained because no customer should ever be treated this way.
