Because I am a snowbird and these last doors we installed were installed in the summer we were not here upon completion. Hence we didn't get stickers off after final inspection till our return in November. The sun had baked on the stickers! One call he offered suggestions. He then proceeded to follow up the next day to see how it had gone with removal. It wasn't going very well he IMMEDIATELY told me he would be over on Saturday morning......on time and very well done in a timely and pleasant way. It finally arrived and They can w to install the door. Installed it backwards, The installation was awful and they had to call i. help after 5 hours to fix the issue. Then they had to go to Home Depot for trim as they had cut it incorrectly. I have attached photos of the space under the door. Maybe they like FPL bills or do not have Level. my neighbors have doors from other vendors and they pass the hose test for water not leaking thru. I would not recommend them at all. Try the big box stores . Stay clear as they overcharge and under deliver. Still waiting for them to resolve the problem.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

We added screens and handles to the outside sliders and we're told screens come with the windows. We were told 8 weeks for delivery but that went way over with out any follow up from anyone there. I had to call 5 to 6 times just to hear I will call you back and they never did. When the team came out for the installation. Not a single piece of furniture was covered up. Dust covered my home from top to bottom. I just wanted them out when they were done so I could spend the next few days cleaning up after them. There were two broken screens, the doors are installed backwards and 5here are no handles on the outside sliders. I have been calling and calling and Evin will not return my call and they are telling me I have to pay $600 more for the correct screens that they miss ordered.
