Then they rescheduled to finish screening in the patio at 9am and after numerous calls & text messages with no response my boyfriend left the owner an unpleasant voicemail at 11:30am so they finally called back trying to cancel but I said that was unacceptable after wasting my entire morning and they showed after 12:30pm instead of 9am as promised. I have yet to have me leaks fixed after numerous attempts and had to hire another contractor to finish the screened in patio because they never returned my calls until I called from Another phone number. They are very unprofessional. I had recommended them to one of my friends and she is going thru the same thing not to mention they didn't pitch the roof they did it flat and have to redo the whole thing again. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I give it a 4 down. And the receptionist Nicole is always on another call and never calls back. I will definitely report them in every social media thread and to the better business bureau.
