Horrible experience and unaccountable. Today was the last straw. He rode over two full grown…read moretomato plants, dragged them across the backyard and said it wasn't him. One time he never did the backyard without any communication. On another occasion the backyard didn't "need edging" even though grass was over the sides of the swing set. One week he "forgot" to do our lawn. Many patches of lawn weren't even cut. According to him he has a $20,000 lawnmower. That doesn't change anything. You still need to ride over the grass in order to cut it. I have dozens of pictures that show damage to numerous areas of the yard, garden, run over tree stump, shredded insulation on central air unit and a trail of clippings as wide as his truck three houses down the street. He wouldn't acknowledge a thing. Stay away from this guy. Wow, and he lies. I've never had a personal or professional experience with someone so despicable. He never acknowledged anything, much less apologize. Several dozen pictures also tell the whole story. Be forewarned, he doesn't care about you or your property. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They tried several times to contact him based on this complaint. They were forced to close the case because he never responded. If he can't even be bothered to respond to the Better Business Bureau how do you think he'll treat you? This guy is bad news.
